Help with my JCP.com issue

Waiting to see if GetHuman-larryjbu fixed the issue with our suggestion.
The issue in GetHuman-larryjbu's own words
Ladies and Gentlemen:**I placed order ***************** on ** SEP **** and received order confirmation from JCP (at *:** PM) with tentative pickup time of **-** OCT ****. **On ** SEP ****, JCP sent me an e-mail (at *:** AM) stating order was on its way and provided UPS tracking **ZX***W***********. **Later on ** SEP ****, I received another e-mail from JCP (at *:** PM) stating don't come to the store because they were still working on store pickup item(s). They also stated JCP would send me an e-mail when store pickup item(s) was ready for pickup. To this date, I have not received an e-mail notification.**I called JCP Customer Service inquiring about the order on ** OCT **** to find out status, but your rep stated there was no information in their system at all regarding order *****************. That is ironic because my MasterCard credit card was charged for the item on ** SEP **** and the transaction posted on ** SEP ****.**BOTTOM LINE: Regardless of what is happening with the item, I still want it* however, I will not be able to pick it up until after ** OCT **** because I am not in Charleston, SC to pick it up from the store when it arrives. If you cannot hold the item for me until after ** OCT ****, then respectfully request advise if I can have someone else pickup the item for me.**I will be waiting to hear form you about (*) status of the order, and (*) if order can be held to after ** OCT **** for pickup or someone can pick it up for me during my absence?**Thanks.**Respectfully,*Larry J.
