Today, I visited JC Penny at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN with a $10 reward that I wanted to use. The terms indicated it could be used on purchases $10 or more, and my total came to $10.99. After waiting in line, I reached the cashier, Morgan, who declined to apply my reward despite the terms clearly stating otherwise. This occurred on 12/20 around noon, which was the last day before the reward expired.

I mistakenly received a notification that the item I ordered on December 18 was shipped to the store for pickup instead of my home. I am unable to go to the store due to transportation issues. The item is toddler girl's pants, and the charge was $4.40. Kindly process a refund of $4.40 to my PayPal account since I never received the item, and I have no means of picking it up from the store. The original instruction was for the item to be shipped to my home. Thank you.

We bought 13 Cordless Shades from JC Penney Home, and despite having two replaced by the manufacturer, a third shade has now failed. Despite reaching out to Nienmade Products in California for help in September, we have yet to receive a response. [redacted], the initial contact person, stopped responding, mentioning that Astra would take over, but we haven't heard back. Our shade remains crooked in the window, and we just want some acknowledgment of our issue. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my order arrived incomplete as I am missing two Small Navy "Little Big Boys Round Neck Super Mario Short Sleeve Graphic T-Shirts." I contacted customer service on the day of delivery, the 18th, and was advised to wait three days for a potential separate delivery. After reaching out via email on December 26th and confirming there was no slip in the package, I have not received a response. I just want the missing shirts to be delivered promptly. Thank you.

On 1/11/[redacted], I visited Jc Penny in Flower Mound, TX. During checkout, I inserted my card into the credit card machine, but withdrew it before finalizing the payment to switch cards. This led to the computer freezing. The cashier completed the transaction on another register with my second card. I later discovered I was charged twice and need a refund of $[redacted].11. I have been a loyal customer of JC Penney for many years, as has my mother. I recently encountered a problem with my credit card at the Stuart mall. Despite not using it for over a year, my card was denied. The clerk suggested reapplying, but the new application was also denied. I later received a letter from the bank stating that my card was declined due to a bankruptcy filing in November [redacted], which was unrelated to my Penney's account. I want to clarify that my bankruptcy had no impact on my credit card payments with Penney's, as I have always made timely payments. I reside in a rural part of my township and encountered severe weather conditions delaying the pick-up of my Jan/Feb bill payment. Due to the heavy snowfall blocking my mailbox, my payment was collected after a significant delay. I kindly request a refund for the $28 late fee and $4.30 interest fee incurred as a result. I purchased 3 rings online a few weeks ago. I have received 2 of the rings worth $25 each, but the third ring is missing. I spoke to a customer service representative recently, and they assured me that it was on its way. However, I have not received any updates or the missing ring. I've spent two weeks trying to resolve my issue. I made a large purchase and returned it, but I'm unsure where the refund was sent. It seems like the credit was not processed, and I can't track where it went. I have both the order and credit forms with the respective numbers. I've tried reaching out to customer service with no success. The credit in question is significant at around $[redacted]. If necessary, I can provide the order and credit numbers. In January [redacted], I came across a free giveaway from JC Penney for an eye cream and moisturizer, only paying a $6.95 shipping fee. Expecting it to be a simple offer, I ordered. However, I later found two unexpected $94.90 charges on my Discover card from Efficientrevitalizing and Impeccablereductionboo. They claimed it was part of a trial period, but there was no mention of this in my order. I tried calling them, and one agreed to refund $33.21 per product. Discover initially credited me but later informed me the charges were valid. It seems these companies are linked, and I feel uneasy about JC Penney's name being used in what appears to be a scam. I placed an order for clothes, but the wrong delivery address was used. When I tried calling customer service right away, they were closed. I called back first thing in the morning, but the order had already been processed. The customer service representative mentioned that UPS would provide me with the tracking number in a couple of hours, but I haven't received it yet. Despite calling three more times throughout the day, I couldn't reach UPS without the tracking number. Eventually, I discovered that the tracking number should come from JCPenney, not UPS. It was frustrating that out of the many calls made, only one could have informed me of this. I checked my email from JCPenney and found the tracking number on the app after the package had already been delivered. I am confused about what to do next, as I shouldn't have to pay for reshipping the 5lb package due to the confusion. The lack of human interaction is making this process lengthy. I also wonder if customer service is closed on weekends.

I am Donna P. from De Smet, SD. I placed an order for shoes on Aug. 1 with order number [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was anticipated on Aug. 6. I tried contacting customer support but only reached a robot with no record of my order. The package reached De Smet on Aug. 5 or 6, but UPS found an empty carton, discarded it, and supposedly contacted the sender. I was not informed by either JC Penney or UPS until I tracked my order. The UPS number was 120968Y9YW[redacted]2. I hope to receive a replacement if possible and want to avoid being billed if the package is not delivered.

I placed an order last evening with order number 2[redacted]-1[redacted] for 2 pairs of Therabouts Advanced [redacted] Little Big Boys Tapered Relaxed Jeans. The original price was $23.98, but because it was a "school order," they were supposed to be $11.19 each. However, I was charged $11.19 for one pair and $23.98 for the second pair. The person assisting me mentioned it would be $11.98 per pair. When I called Penny's to place the order, the lady was rude and made mistakes. I used my online cart to order, but needed help at the end. I have been a customer since [redacted], and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue with ordering from Penny's. I would like this charge to be corrected.

Order #2[redacted]-1[redacted] consisted of five shirts - blue, pink, coral, green, and red. However, I was charged for all five shirts but only received four. The missing item is the Cabaret red shirt. After contacting JCP customer care, they informed me a refund of $6.00 was issued but despite waiting several weeks, I have yet to receive it. Each shirt I did receive was priced at $5.99. Communication attempts via email and phone have gone unanswered. The pink shirt arrived separately from the initial shipment. I am requesting the $6.00 refund for the missing Cabaret Red shirt that never arrived. Thank you.

I received the incorrect order from JCPenney. My order#[redacted][redacted] was for adult panties, but I received children's khaki shorts instead. I have been trying to get a return label via USPS since August 12, [redacted]. Despite speaking to 3 customer service representatives, I have not received the return label. As a senior citizen based in Islamabad, I received two Docker trousers size 40x32 from my daughter who visited the USA earlier this year. She purchased them at a JC Penney store in the Dallas area but misplaced the receipt. I am kindly requesting to exchange them for a size 38x32 during my visit to the USA from 19th of this month for 4 weeks. I will be in the Dallas area from Oct 19 - Nov 20. Unfortunately, it was closed on November 3rd due to inactivity, impacting my credit score and disqualifying me from obtaining a mortgage for a home purchase I was in the process of making. Despite Tory's sympathy, he informed me that he could not reopen the account.
