The issue in GetHuman-ebalogh's own words
Ascertain your receipt of partial returns. ... I returned part of a recent large order in two parts: a damaged curtain rod which I asked for exchange, and in a separate package were six curtain panels returned for credit.* I have received nothing from JCP regarding either package. Online, my account show no purchase in ** days. When I called last week, after a very long wait, I was able to speak with someone who found my account but only one item returned. I asked for the tracking number so I could find out more from UPS, but was given a wrong number so I could do nothing.* What I would like now is that (*) you send me electronic copies of the original invoice for ** curtain panels and * rods (which I never got)* *) also send the credit invoice for the returned item***)find the second returned package and send me acknowledgement of it* *) send me a new replacement rod.
