I ordered a metal bed frame for $*** it came by UPS but the box was detroyed and it was missing parts. I called customer service and they told me to order another one and use that box to sent the old one back that one was $***. I got the new bed frame by UPS again but the box is worse then the first one with pieces hanging out, so how do I send the old one back? I'm not buying a box it should be up to JC Penney to supply the box so I can get my money back. I will NOT recommend buying something like this from your store to anyone. I did send an email to the department I got the frame from with no reply
