Help with my JC Penney issue

I ordered diamond ring for charismas from online a round November ** ****. It took sometimes to reach, but it was not what I had on mind. I decided to return it to the store.*First, I called customer service, and they assured me that I can return it into the store.*JCPenny’s is far from my house about one hour driving. *My daughter and I went to the JCPENNY at *** Newpark Mall, Newark, CA *****.*The cashier refuse to take it. I asked for the manger. It took the manger about ** min to come,*Then she said that they only could take it back if it is size *, but since it is size * they cannot take it back. I was so frustrated. I want to buy something else for myself and my daughter, but I have to return the ring first so I would have some money and be able to buy.*I called customer service again while I was in the store. It took long time also, but the customer service assured me YES I should be able to return it. Also, I asked customer service to speak to the manger. The manger was called again ( she took long time again to come), she start to take to customer service and then hang up without asking me. I was so frustrated AGAIN!*I called customer service again ( different person), and again he assured me YES I should be able to return the ring. I asked him to talk to the store manger. I been told that she left for lunch.*I waited for her to come back, I called again customer service. At this point I was steaming. *When the manger came, very rudely said ( you again) I will NOT return anything.*She refused to talk to JCPenny customer service on the phone. She said I do not want to touch your phone and I do not want to deal with that. She left without even try to talk to me.**I am very surprise from the manger attitude. My daughter and I were treated as trash!*We have wasted at least three hours in the store, we been miss treaded because we looked different. *I am writing to you today because I feel mistreated, and abused.
