On November **rd **** I placed an order for a Woody doll and a ballerina doll. Order *****-****-****-**** I have called to check status because I got an email saying it would be delivered by December *rd ****. now Im being told they cant find my order but funds were deducted from my account. So I go into the JCPenney store in Greenwood IN on December * **** and they told me that I have an order but UPS has not picked it up in the last ** days and my order is just sitting there waiting to be picked up.???????? Why cant then ship it to my store then?? No answer for that ?. PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS ISUEE I NEED THOSE ITEMS. THANK yOU!
