I placed an online order and received a text notification that the order was received. *****************. I ordered * items and none of them arrived. They were due to me on *****. The tracking was showing notes by the shipper (ups or usps) that the box was empty and that they were contacting the sender (JCPenney). After that, I heard nothing about my order and still never received. So, I contacted customer service on ***** - they saw the same notes and opened a claim ticket. Someone is supposed to contact me about the order (what happened*next steps - do I still want it? or cancel, etc). Well, It's ***** and still no word. I paid for this order and would like my items replaced. Same as I ordered and I would like it expedited at no cost to me. I have never had an issue with my JCPenney orders in the past and am trying to be patient. However, the pants I ordered were to be worn over the Thanksgiving Holiday and that didn't happen. I know the order shows in your system as the customer service rep located it on our call on *****. Please email me back with order confirmation and tracking info. I've been more than patient. I placed another order on ***** and received it on *****, so I know this can be turned around quickly.
