We purchased a Sealy Noranda Mattress (item *FC***-****FB) from JCPenney on ******** (Invoice *K***-*****) with customer order *****-****-****-****.* We are seasonal residents and have only used the mattress for three months before leaving our residence and now returning for a couple of weeks now in the fall. We noticed before we left, that the mattress had sagged quite a bit on either side where we sleep and now it seems worse with a lack of support in those areas. What can we do? Can we return it or have it replaced with a non-sagging mattress from JCPenney? We appreciate your kind help and assistance.
