I placed an order with JcPenney on ******** and received a text message on ******** stating that my entire order was delivered, well only one item was delivered and that was a pair of jeans. Then I received another text message today stating that my order was delivered and I received no packages. And when I track the order it says delivered but I do not have them. This order is Christmas gifts for my children. I just want to be refunded for the missing items. So I can go to the store in person and make the purchase. I received one pair of pants at $**.**. My order number is ****************.
