Email JC PENNY guess that’s impossible ... Order number ****-****-****-**** Received shipment today I ordered * shirts item number RP***-****D. Invoice claims I received all of the order. I only got one of the shirts. I called customer service earlier the lady I spoke to was hard for me to understand her English was not very good. I would like my other shirt sent or a credit back to my card.
They don’t realize that this service is stupid.
