Order online at same price offered in store where I purchased ALL they had, but I still need more! Was emailed they were in stoxk, but they actually wasn't when I tried to order! ... I purchased * Royal Velvet Pleat Walnut Color Curtains on *****. They were All you had in the Culver City Store. Unfortunately it was not enough to finish the job. So I on LIVE CHAT I asked to be alerted when they were back in stock. Got an email today that they were in stock, but when going online to make my additional purchase they were STILL out of stock. I'm very frustrated because I was told by Savana on ***** and by Perry on LIVE chat that I could get my curtains at same discounted rate of $**.** I received at the Culver City store once Item was in.
I've FINALLY decided to get new curtains after ** years of marriage in exchange for ones thst were here way before THAT!
I would like * WALNUT curtains as a COURTESY for my inconvenience and I would like to PURCHASE * additional GOLD curtains at the DISCOUNTED price of $**.**.
