Today I purchased a bath rug. There was no sale sign, but an associate scanned the rug and advised it was on sale. He also advised that if I used my JCP card, I would get an additional **% off. When I went to purchase same, the cashiers reported that I needed a coupon from my phone. I am nearly ** years old and only use a track phone. I requested that they override same and discount the **%, but they refused, reporting that they needed a special SKU number. I would like the additional **% refunded to my account (including the removal of the extra sales taxes). My name is Mary Bauhaus* the numbers on the receipt are as follows:***************** (bath rug ***)*UPC. *************Store *****Terminal ****Transaction *****Date **-**-***Time **:** pm*Associate (he was very nice - Aiden - it was the older African American lady, who appeared to be the head cashier that was a problem) ******Again, please advise when the refund will be issued to my account. It should be $*.** plus .** for the *% Maryland tax - total: $*.**. **Also, the morale in this store is often poor, due to the lack of staff.
