I ordered the home expectations Larin ** piece comforter set on May **. My credit card was charged $***.** on May **th. I never received the comforter set so I called this morning and was told Penney’s did not have a record of my order. My daughter in law had major surgery and I wanted to have her room decorated for her when she got home. She’s been home a week and we’ve been waiting. I also was told I had to call my credit card and dispute the charge instead of you guys crediting my account. Needless to say I am very upset with Penney’s business practices and thought you should know.
