Tried to used a reward code mailed to me and also free ****pping code was included. I was able to use the code for the reward but not the free ****pping code. Tried *** times at the checkout screen. Called to chat with a Brooklyn, probably fake name, she said she could fix it & place the order but I stead her reply was call customer service. The reward expired and I am not satisfied with penneys. I have been a customer for years. Your system needs improvement. No one to help online or in person.
I trust that JC Penney will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
