my name is jessie tanner hi. ok i placed an order on line for a pair of earrings that was in April ** **** . i checked on the order and i was told i would get my delivery may ** then it change to may ** **** i still didn't get them. now i get an email saying my order is canceled. and not in stock well when i ordered them April ** **** they were.my question is why the order didn't go on back order? instead of canceling it. without telling me . i still want those earrings bottom line same price. thank you.
