I have an approved extension for my **** Federal and NC State returns. On Thursday, May **, ****, I went on line to complete my return. I had chosen a payment method and signed to file. I keep getting this response: You're good to go - ready to file. However, after hitting continue, I have gotten this same response for days, "hm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section." Ho can I file my completed return successfully?
GetHuman-alpquedu did not yet indicate what Intuit should do to make this right.
