I need assistance with payroll federal tax deposits for quarter 2 and quarter 3 of [redacted]. I received a penalty of $[redacted].28 for Q2, which I already paid, and was informed by the Intuit Tax resolution team that they would reimburse me. However, I received an email today stating that I am responsible for the penalty and will not be reimbursed. I am seeking reimbursement for the Q2 penalty and also anticipate a penalty for Q3 due to the biweekly deposits not being made. I completed a Schedule B for both quarters, and although I was initially told the team would handle Q3's form, I ended up completing it myself to meet the 12/31/[redacted] deadline.
