I have cancelled my services with Intelius multiple times and have been verified four times, yet I continue to be charged every month. I demand an immediate refund and will be replacing my card. Cancelling this service has been very difficult for me, as I am on a tight budget due to being on SSI. Please refund the charged amounts to my account and refrain from attempting any future payments.
