InsureMyTrip.com Customer Service Issues

I purchased a round-trip airline ticket from the United States to Athens but encountered issues at the airport. The kiosk in Athens failed to print my return boarding pass, instructing me to visit the United Airlines counter. Unfortunately, there was no United Airlines staff available. My travel companion managed to print their pass seconds before me, resulting in them securing a seat while mine was already given away. Consequently, I had to purchase a one-way ticket back home at full price. I am seeking reimbursement for the additional $[redacted] I had to pay. My policy number with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is NWE[redacted]1H.

I purchased medical insurance for my cruise in May [redacted], which got canceled. My order number was TGLO[redacted]U, and the policy number was [redacted], bought on 5/29/[redacted]. I was informed there would be no refund. It's disappointing how insurance companies operate. You profited $[redacted].00 from me. It's disheartening during these tough times. I won't be purchasing insurance from your company when I reschedule. I plan to share my experience on social media. How would you handle a legitimate claim? Please refund my money to resolve this.
