More than a month ago, I noticed issues with giving "Likes" or commenting on posts, as I was blocked several times. The reason provided was my use of third-party apps to gain followers, which is incorrect. Even after returning to normal a week ago, the problem persisted. Please, investigate the root cause of this issue or, if necessary, remove all followers. Ultimately, I prefer to connect with people I know. Kindly address this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Instagram account: mooncalyana. I am being asked for a code via SMS/email, which is fine, but then I am requested to enter an authentication code using an app like Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile. However, when I go to these apps for the code, I can only find options to scan a QR code (which doesn't work for my Instagram) or enter a code that is in the Instagram settings, requiring me to log into my account to access it. I was contacted by phone on Saturday the 26th regarding this issue, and was informed that others were facing the same problem, but no follow-up call has been received as promised. I have also followed the procedure of sending a video of me turning my head as requested. Could you please send me a link to log in directly without the need for the two-step authentication with an app?

Hello, My Instagram account was unexpectedly blocked two days ago. I don't engage in partnerships or share any illegal content. I mainly post about my life and travels. After submitting a picture of myself with a code, Instagram informed me that my account has been permanently blocked due to alleged violations that I did not commit. I am unable to complete the questionnaire as they have notified me that my account is now permanently blocked. Could anyone offer assistance, please? Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my personal account, @meet.bisen_, has been suspended without any apparent reason. I was using the account casually when it suddenly got suspended. Following the suspension, I was prompted to provide an OTP and upload a photo of myself holding a piece of paper. I have submitted this information as requested. I have been informed that my account is under review for potential restoration, with the possibility of permanent deletion if the review is unsuccessful. Yesterday, someone hacked my Instagram account. I no longer have access to the email address, phone number, or password associated with the account. The hacker removed the confirmation video recording option from my screen. My once private account is now public, with an increase in followers. I am unaware of the individuals following me. The hacker has posted unauthorized photos and videos on my account. I seek assistance in regaining control of my account and privacy. Thank you for your help.

I have been experiencing an issue with my Instagram account, @meloo0_.cos, since 14/11/[redacted]. Despite adding hashtags to my posts, they are not appearing in the hashtag feeds. Even my friends have confirmed they cannot see my posts in the hashtags. I believe there may be a technical issue causing this problem. It has been almost three weeks, and the problem persists. I made my account in Italy but now I live in New Zealand. My Instagram account got suspended for "violating community guidelines." I appealed by submitting a selfie with my details, but they reviewed it and permanently banned my account. I'm baffled as I have always followed the rules. A recent falling out with a roommate, who may have reported me out of spite, is the only reason I can think of. Even then, why did Instagram choose to remove my account after reviewing my appeal? I'm devastated as I've had the account for 10 years, filled with memories and connections. Graduating soon, it feels like a significant part of my life is now lost forever. It's frustrating that Instagram won't provide a reason for their decision, and I can't even submit another appeal.

Hello! On December 21, [redacted], for unknown reasons, my personal Instagram account was blocked. The reason given to me was a violation of community guidelines. However, this is not true. There were no posts or stories in the 24 hours leading up to the block. The last story posted was of my pet cat. The account only contained personal photos and videos, and it is not a commercial account. I am confident that the block was made in error. However, my complaint was rejected.

Hello! I am unable to access my nina.gr23 account. Initially, I received a two-factor authentication code, but then a second one was requested and never arrived. I noticed a login from England on September 23 for an LG device in my spam folder. I typically use a VPN and could log in from England, but I do not own an LG device. Despite no suspicious activity, I was suddenly logged out of my account a month later. Now, when attempting to recover my password using my email [redacted], it shows "user not found." The user nina.gr23 is also not found, and the number +[redacted]0 is linked to my other empty account. I suspect foul play as my email and phone number may have been changed. Yesterday, my Instagram account (elizabeth_sandvik) was temporarily blocked. I disputed the situation, verified my email and phone number, took a photo, but unfortunately, it remained blocked. They say: You cannot use Instagram because your account violated the Community Guidelines.
