Hello, I have been attempting to access my Instagram account for the last two days without success. Despite verifying my phone number, email, changing passwords numerous times, and submitting a video selfie, I am still unable to log in. I have not violated any community guidelines, and I am the only one who owns this account. I have made several attempts to prove my ownership through the video selfie method. Please assist me in resolving this issue as my account holds important contacts and photos.

My Instagram account got blocked because I mistakenly entered the wrong birthday (I used my dog's birthday, making me appear under 13). I have already submitted all my personal information to verify my identity. The system notified me that my account will be permanently closed in 13 days. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account "farxad.13" which was unexpectedly blocked on 06/17/[redacted]. While using the platform that night, engaged in a chat with a friend, I suddenly found myself logged out and faced with a message stating that my account was blocked for violating Instagram guidelines. This action was a complete surprise to me as I believe I have not engaged in any prohibited activities. I respectfully request a review of my account as I strongly disagree with its suspension. When attempting to create an account, I encountered a request to verify my identity by uploading a photo. After complying with the first request, I was then prompted to submit a photo identification displaying my birthdate. I submitted my State of Maine high-tech driver's license, which serves as a valid photo ID. However, the screen for submitting the ID continued to reappear without any confirmation of successful upload. I am unsure why my ID and photo are not being recognized. I woke up to discover 5 new followers on my Instagram account that I didn't recognize. Even though my account was public, it felt suspicious. Later that same day, my account got disabled, and I followed the instructions to verify my identity. After multiple appeals, Instagram requested a photo of me holding a paper with a specific code, my username, and full name. I complied numerous times with no response. I attempted the Facebook and Instagram appeals with no success. This issue has been ongoing since January or February, and I'm not sure what to do next.

Hello, I am reaching out because last Friday, my Instagram account (@satans_bratan666) was hacked. I have been receiving emails from Instagram informing me that someone in Austria accessed my account and changed the associated email address. The hacker changed my original email from [redacted] to [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to follow the steps provided by the help center, use secure codes, or change my password due to the altered email. I have already contacted Instagram multiple times via email since Friday, but I have not received any response. I'm feeling very disheartened and confused about what to do next. The latest removal was a post from June 3, [redacted], featuring an artwork by John De Andrea showcased at the Petit-Palais during the Fiac Progress in October [redacted], which is not considered offensive. In your message, you mentioned the possibility of deleting my account, although it is private and accessed only by my family and a few friends. I received a direct message on Instagram from a friend asking for my vote to become an online ambassador. I trusted her and followed her instructions to add my phone number to my profile. After receiving a link via SMS, she asked for a screenshot instead of clicking it. Unfortunately, I fell for a scam and my email was changed by a hacker. The phone number associated with the hack is from Nigeria. Someone claiming to be a scammer offered to fix my account for $[redacted]. I am unable to access my Instagram account now. I have evidence of the link and the scammer's phone number. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I'm Bryant McIntyre, and I'm reaching out because my account, bryant_______page, was hacked and renamed to bryant__page by the hacker. They also changed my email and phone number, preventing me from accessing it. While I briefly regained access and changed the password, I couldn't update the phone number. Consequently, the hacker took back the account, changed the email and password, and is now using it to try to scam my friends and family by posting fraudulent content. I urgently need assistance to recover my account since the hacker is now contacting me via WhatsApp and attempting to deceive people using my account. I look forward to your prompt response.

I have two accounts with one administrator password. I attempted to change the date of birth on my second account, pop_aloreille_cassee, which is dedicated to my dog. After making the change, the account was unexpectedly blocked, leaving me unable to access it. This seems to be a misunderstanding; my dog is only 3 years old and couldn't have initiated this. I tried switching to owowa_des_fosses, but now nothing is functioning correctly. I urgently need assistance from a human contact, as contacting via email has not provided any solutions. Hi, I recently had my phone stolen, which was the only device where I had my Instagram account logged in. I attempted to log in from a computer and another phone the next day but couldn't access my account as it seemed like the password had been changed. I tried to reset the password by requesting an email from Instagram, but I haven't received it. I've checked my Gmail thoroughly, including the spam and trash folders, and made sure Instagram wasn't blocked, but still no luck. My Instagram isn't linked to Facebook either, so that option won't work. I fear my account might be compromised or blocked by the thief. I disabled my Instagram account temporarily last Friday at 8:00 PM, June 24, [redacted] using the phone app. I intended to take a social media break. I'm concerned because the account might be deleted after 30 days, so I tried to reactivate it but keep encountering errors saying to check my connection. Despite having a good connection, I worry I may lose the chance to reactivate the account. I've learned that it's better to deactivate from a desktop, but I wasn't aware. Typically, reactivation can take 24 to 48 hours, yet it's already Sunday, and I still can't access my account. Should I refrain from multiple login attempts and await support from Instagram?
