Hello, dear Instagram team, I am in desperate need of assistance with my account. Currently, I no longer have access to the phone number ending in [redacted]. I am unsure where this number originated from. Whenever I attempt to log in using my email, phone number, or password, Instagram requests verification. The issue is that the verification code is being sent to a phone number I have not used in a while. It is vital for me to regain access to my account, as it contains all my important connections. Losing it would be devastating. Despite knowing all my past passwords and content, every login attempt leads to the verification code being sent to the outdated phone number ending in [redacted]. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

On Sunday, January 30, I attempted to log into my Instagram account, but encountered an issue where I couldn't access it. Even when my brother tried searching for my account, it showed as user not found. Upon entering my confirmation number sent to my phone, I was informed to wait 24 hours for account verification. After completing the required forms and submitting a photo for identity verification, there has been no response from Instagram. According to the message received, my account was disabled for allegedly breaching terms and conditions by simply posting a photo from a trip with some likes. My legal representative and I believe no violation occurred, and we kindly request the reinstatement of my Instagram account under the username vanesanchez5.

Hello, Today on February 4, [redacted], my Instagram account was hacked. I can no longer access my original account with the username len4stan0 and email [redacted] The phone number associated with the account is [redacted]. I have not received any emails to cancel the request for changing the account email. Instead, I received notifications about suspicious logins and changes to my account information. Yesterday, a friend asked me to make a video for their business, claiming to have invested $[redacted] in Bitcoin and made $10,[redacted] back. Unknowingly, their account got hacked, leading to my Instagram account also being compromised. My username, password, associated email, and phone number were changed by the hacker, who is now using my account to post false information. The video I was coerced into making turned out to be fake, and it's been posted on my Instagram without my consent. My identity has been impersonated, as the hacker continues to use my account to deceive others. I am unable to reset the password because the hacker altered my contact information. The situation has left me feeling violated and helpless.

Dear Instagram, I am losing my calm and patience. Not long ago, you closed my account for reasons that don't exist anywhere. I created a new account, and this morning you blocked it again with unjustified reasons. I understand and respect the rules. I am a seriously ill person, and Instagram is a way for me to follow people in the entertainment, fashion, and sports industry. I have never bothered anyone and have always respected everything and everyone. Enough with your baseless accusations. This is an abuse. For instance, closing an account with private messages is a violation as it is tampering with correspondence. Your behavior is not correct. Thank you for your attention.

My account was temporarily disabled, and the code to reactivate it is being sent to an email that I can't access. I don't have any other options to regain access to my account. Instagram's support prompted me to submit a video selfie for verification, but they didn't provide any further assistance. Changing the email address receiving the reactivation code is crucial as my account (silver.cos.official) contains valuable information that I need to retrieve promptly.

Hello, My name is Cecilia, and I have two accounts on Instagram. My private account was created in [redacted], and my fangirl account was started a couple of months ago. On my fangirl account, formerly known as Levi_Hobi_Trades_Swe and now @/Hobi_Trades_swe, I purchase kpop photocards and share pictures of my favorite boybands and girl groups in Kpop. I interact with many different people since I buy cards from various individuals worldwide. I am always kind and friendly to everyone I encounter, and most of the time, they reciprocate the kindness. I engage in purchasing paper cards and ensure that all the photos I post on my feed and stories belong to me. I am confused about why my account was suddenly deleted after I verified it with my phone via text approximately 22 hours ago. Now, I cannot access it, and it has disappeared when I try to search for it on my private account. I recently bought a card, and now I am unable to provide my address, which means losing money due to the abrupt deletion of my account. Please restore my account. If I have violated any rules, kindly inform me, because if chatting with people, making friends, and buying cards is against the terms, then not just me, but around [redacted] thousand accounts should also be suspended. Hello Instagram Support, I have reached out multiple times for assistance regarding my hacked account with no response. The username "soliday_ek" has been changed to "soliday_.ek_" along with my email and phone number. My original email is [redacted] and phone number is [redacted]. I am devastated by this intrusion as I dedicated a lot of effort to building this account, which is vital to my pursuits and relaxation. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any help or security codes due to all details being altered. The attached screenshot highlights my issue. Hello, I'm an 18-year-old girl from Norway named Noor. I've been dealing with an issue for over a year now and I'm really in need of professional assistance. The problem is that I can't access my Instagram account "Noor_aslanovna" since I got a new phone and a new phone number. When I downloaded Instagram on the new phone, I couldn't log in because I had forgotten my password and the phone number linked to the account was no longer valid. I ended up creating a new Instagram account on the new phone and gave up on the old one. However, it still bothers me that the old account exists with my picture and my full name as the username. Fortunately, I don't have any pictures posted on it. I've tried everything like emails and passwords but haven't been successful. Any help to delete the account would be greatly appreciated. I seem to have forgotten my account password. I had been logged in on my phone for a long time. Unfortunately, when I accidentally logged out, I couldn't log back in. My phone number is no longer associated with my account and it's not linked to Facebook. Strangely, my email was changed without my knowledge. Although I am familiar with the new email, I am not receiving the reset links. This account, @erwin_saenz, has been mine for a long time. I can provide my ID to verify my identity. I still have access to the previous phone number and email linked with the account.

Hello Instagram developers! I wanted to inform you that my account was hacked, and something happened, resulting in me losing access to my account. It was not blocked or anything, I was just logged out, but the account is there. I still cannot log in after a long time (for me), I have tried many times without success. To log back in, Instagram asks for access to my Google account, but I no longer have access to it since I lost it when resetting my phone. I have a photo of myself in the profile which bothers me. I accessed Instagram secretly, and if my family or anyone else sees it, especially my mom, it would be the end for me. Now I want to completely delete my account. Please help me with this, either delete the account or return my profile, I will freeze the account, then hopefully reopen it, if possible, if not, please delete it completely.

About five days ago, my Instagram account was suddenly logged out, and now I can't log back in no matter what device I use. There is no error message when I input my correct username and password. Oddly, if I try to create a new account with the same details, it tells me they already belong to someone else. Similarly, linking with Facebook just leads to a continuous loading circle. Even when others try to find my account, it's as if it doesn't exist or is labeled as "Instagram user." My girlfriend can't see my account either. This morning, my account was hacked, and the perpetrator has changed my phone number and email associated with the account. Despite attempting facial recognition, it did not recognize my face or my husband's. This hijacked account, previously "lee01826," is now "hlee01826." The original email, either [redacted] or [redacted], has been modified to g*******7@k****.be, while the former [redacted] has been impacted as well. The breach occurred on Sunday, February 6, [redacted], at 23:33 (PDT). I possess evidence of them scamming money to regain account access. An Android device in Livingston, New Jersey, was used for the deceit on February 7, [redacted], at 12:45 am. The hacker's account, issac decker, has been compromised as well, with personal images used for fraudulent activities. The hacker suggests contacting "offical_bitcoin_miner_696."

I was using my sister's iPad as my laptop was broken, and I forgot my Instagram password since it was auto-saved. I updated my old email to my new one before logging out to reset the password on my laptop. However, when trying to reset it, the email wasn't linked to my account, even though I saved it. I need help as it has important contacts, including my new boyfriend's number which I didn't write down. My phone is also broken, so I can't receive the code.

Hello, my account "eyeshotsforever" has been hacked. Despite providing videos to Instagram for verification, they claim they are unable to confirm my ownership. Even matching my latest video with the original location and lighting, they refuse to verify my account. The hacker has changed my email address on the account twice, making it impossible for me to recover it. Security measures seem insufficient as the hacker is demanding money from my followers. Hello, I recently got a new phone and now I can't access one of my two Instagram accounts. I no longer have access to the email I used to create this account, and the password saved on my phone seems to be incorrect. When I click on "Forgot password," I receive a code on my number, but then I am asked for a verification code that I don't have because I am no longer logged into my account anywhere. I also tried adding a valid email address before this issue, but it doesn't seem to have been accepted. Even when I try to reset my password on the Instagram website, they send a code to the invalid email address or a link to my correct number. However, Instagram logs me back into my already logged-in private account, not the one I want to access. I even tried using a different number for my private account to access my public account, but Instagram doesn't allow it. I have been trying for hours to gain access to my account but none of these three options are working. I recently helped an old high school friend set up her Instagram account using my phone number. Unfortunately, after sending her a link, I found myself locked out of my own account. A hacker changed the recovery email and used my account to promote a fraudulent bitcoin investment scheme via posts, stories, and DMs, blocking my backup account in the process. Despite multiple screen captures from concerned friends and reporting the impersonation to Instagram, they claimed they didn't find any issues with the account. This is frustrating as the hacked account is ___missking1595.___

This is the second account of mine that has been disabled incorrectly. Initially, they mentioned it would be resolved within 24 hours due to logging problems. However, today they stated that it was disabled for terms violations, which I did not do. I generate income from my Instagram account, which features critical content that I can't lose. Starting from scratch is not an option. I have a screenshot confirming that my account should be reinstated.

A close friend was hacked, and the hacker reached out to me through messenger, leading me to fall for the same scam. Sadly, my account's email and phone number have been changed, and now I am unable to access it. I am eager to regain access to rectify the changes made to my account. I am hoping to receive the access code as promised to my email or have my account information reverted to its original state.
