Hello, I received a message yesterday stating that my account was restricted due to actions that Instagram is taking to protect the community. I don't understand why this happened as I have never received this type of message before and I haven't done anything different from usual. I have two-factor authentication enabled and my account is connected to Facebook, which validates it as a real profile. I am not a fake or spam account. Yesterday, I only posted 3 stories of my car, and about 1-2 hours later, around 5:30 PM, I received this message. My account is supposed to be restricted until April 16, [redacted]. Currently, I am unable to refresh my feed. I have sent a screenshot with the message to show I don't understand why this has happened and that the message is real. There was an option to select "ok" or "Feedback" to indicate if Instagram made a mistake. I kindly request to have my account fully reinstated or looked into, as I don't buy followers, likes, or comments. I simply want to be able to use my profile without restrictions again. I have recently encountered issues accessing my Instagram account due to alleged suspicious activity. This is not the first time this has happened, as a previous incident occurred when I unfollowed numerous accounts. Despite attempting to verify my account using my outdated phone number and active email, I have not received the security code email from Instagram despite multiple attempts. The hotline number referred me to online support, leading to error messages stating "page not found" when accessing the help center. After trying to leave a voicemail explaining my situation, the call abruptly ended before I could provide details. I am frustrated by the lack of direct contact with an Instagram representative and simply wish for my account to be unlocked.

Администрация Инстаграм сообщила, что это был случай "фишинга". Для восстановления страницы требуется указать электронную почту и номер телефона, которые, к сожалению, я давно потеряла. Несколько раз обращалась в службу поддержки Инстаграм и Фейсбук, но помимо запроса кода и имени на бумаге ничего не предложили. Создала новую страницу, но её заблокировали из-за нарушения правил. Upon logging into my account, a message indicates that there has been suspicious activity on my Instagram account, resulting in the temporary lock for security reasons. This could be due to potential compromise from entering my password on a fake Instagram-like website, known as phishing. To verify my identity and regain access to my account, Instagram requires sending a verification code to my phone number. Unfortunately, my phone number has been changed recently, making it impossible to receive the code. Adjusting the contact information seems necessary, but I am unable to do so without first verifying ownership and accessing my account details.

Hello, I wanted to share that my personal Facebook account (Sylvie L.) and the business page I manage (Domaine J.Laurens) were hacked some weeks ago. While I was able to regain control of the business page by creating a new account, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my personal account despite multiple attempts. Consequently, I am unable to manage the Domaine J.Laurens Instagram page or even view it. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On April 15, [redacted], I received an email notifying me that my Instagram password had been changed. I only saw the email after waking up, and after changing the password using the link provided, I found that 2-step authentication had been turned on, which I did not enable. Despite following the necessary steps, Instagram did not send the security code to confirm my account ownership. I have explored the help page, interacted with a Facebook/Instagram support bot via email, but have not been successful in resolving the issue. My intention is to regain access to my account, as the email address associated with it, [redacted], is still receiving messages, albeit I am unable to receive the security code. The username for my account is @sapphicwilder, and there is no phone number linked to it.

To the Facebook and Instagram Team, I am a dedicated advertiser and I am reaching out to address an issue I have encountered. On March 23rd, [redacted], my Instagram account was unexpectedly deactivated. Thankfully, I was able to reinstate it on March 24th after notifying your team. Unfortunately, my account was disabled once again on April 8th. I want to emphasize that I have not violated any of Facebook or Instagram's policies. I am currently running a charity giveaway, not for profit. Since April 8th, six of my Instagram accounts (@armenia.followers2, @_armenia.followers_, @mm.nver, @muradyan_nverner, @pahestayin10k, @vm.nver) have been shut down, including an account created solely for the giveaway tracking, which had [redacted] followers. This inactive account was also disabled; however, it had no posts or photos. I have observed that every time I mentioned my business account on my personal Instagram, the tagged account would be disabled within 2-3 hours. This pattern raises concerns about potential manipulation from another Instagram user for personal gain at the expense of my accounts. I am formally requesting the reactivation of my Armenian follower account and seeking guidance on safeguarding my accounts from future breaches and subsequent deactivations. I am also in possession of evidence suggesting someone is attempting to falsely accuse me of illegal activities to disable my accounts promptly. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello, I have been trying to enhance the activity on my Instagram account @nathillup by engaging with hashtags I resonate with. Today, I received a notification prompting me to change my password, suggesting that I had shared it with a supposed service. I have not used any service; I have solely interacted with the application manually as per its features. Four days ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my Instagram account, _prabhjotsharma_. Shortly after, I received a notification that I had violated the community guidelines. I actively followed the instructions provided by Instagram to appeal the disabled account by submitting a form and images to confirm my identity. Hello, I encountered an issue with my Instagram account. I received a notification on Monday stating that my account had been temporarily blocked due to suspected phishing when I logged in from a different device. To regain access, I need to enter a confirmation code sent to an old email address I used when creating the account years ago. The problem is I can no longer access this email as it has been deleted. I find it puzzling that the code cannot be sent to my current email address associated with the account. Despite my attempts to contact Instagram support and providing requested personal information and a photo, the proposed solutions have been unsuccessful, and there has been no response. Some people have found my old Instagram account "totenkopfi" from when I was 11 years old, and are now harassing me over it. I don't have access to the account since I lost the email associated with it when I got a new phone. I would appreciate it if the account could be deleted to stop the harassment. I was contacted on my Instagram about making money through investing. They claimed to be part of a government-funded program helping people during tough times. They asked for various amounts through Cash App like $[redacted] for $[redacted], $[redacted] for $[redacted], etc. After sending $[redacted], they requested my bank information for larger transactions. I hesitantly provided all details. They didn't send the promised money and asked for an additional $[redacted] through Cash App, promising a refund. Despite receiving fake Cash App emails, I added $[redacted], only to have them take it. They even hacked my account, causing more financial loss. I've saved messages, emails, and their Instagram accounts. It's important these scammers are stopped from victimizing others. Their fraudulent activities should be dealt with legally. I regret getting involved and hope to prevent others from falling for similar scams.

Hello dear Instagram Team, I am encountering an issue regarding my Instagram account "laura.sechting." Yesterday, I was automatically logged out of both my accounts "laura.sechting" and "previewelisabeth" due to an app malfunction. Now, I only have access to the seldom-used account "previewelisabeth" and not to my personal account "laura.sechting." Since I initially used the password reset method for the "previewelisabeth" account, I am unable to regain access to my correct account "laura.sechting." It appears that the account "laura.sechting" is not linked to either my Facebook account or my email address. Any codes I receive for password reset always redirect me to the wrong account "previewelisabeth." I have tried everything but to no avail. I hope you can assist me further.
