Hello, my Instagram account @anniefav_ was recently disabled, and I'm unsure why. I suspect it may be due to downloading an analytics app to track my page. I've tried contacting Instagram without success. This account is vital for staying connected with my family as I live far from home. I've had this account for nearly 7 years and as a doctor, I utilize it to raise COVID-19 awareness. I'm extremely worried about losing access as I haven't received any communication from Instagram. Someone tried to hack my Instagram account, resulting in it being temporarily locked. I am unable to regain access as the confirmation email is being sent to an email account I no longer have access to and can't recover. I've spent countless hours reaching out to Instagram support with no luck in resolving this issue. I am reluctant to create a new account as my current one holds years of memories and connections. How can I resolve this situation without losing all my photos and followers?

All the uploaded pictures are original, with no fake, spam, or hate content on my profile. My account is private, and I also utilize two-step verification. I have been cautious with my interaction on the platform and apologize if any likes were given too quickly. I have not purchased any followers or likes and have maintained my profile as private from the beginning. I request the reactivation of my account as I have consistently followed the terms of use and community guidelines. I have noticed profiles daily that clearly violate the rules and are not reported. Two days ago, my Instagram account was hacked. I resolved the issue and regained access to my email address and phone number on the account. However, due to multiple login attempts, Instagram locked my account for safety reasons. Every time I try to log in, I am prompted to prove my ownership of the account. Despite following the instructions on the Instagram help page, none of the methods have been successful. I have changed my password several times and entered the security codes from my phone, but to no avail. I am unable to find a way to contact support as I keep getting redirected back to the help page. My main goal is to regain access to my account.

I recently discovered that my 10-year-old daughter created a fake Instagram account with the username Alejandradominguez999 using a friend's phone with the number [redacted]. She cannot recall the password, so I am reaching out to Instagram to request the permanent deletion of the account. I also suggest that Instagram consider implementing facial recognition as a mandatory step for account activation, especially for minors under 13 to prevent unauthorized use. Additionally, verifying the identity through a phone call confirmation could be beneficial. We will review it, and if we can confirm it, you should be able to access your account within approximately 24 hours." This has happened to me before with my old account, which was deleted, and now it's happening with my new account. Please, do something so I don't lose this account. I don't understand why this is happening to me. Am I being hacked? Have I done something wrong? I really need this account because the brands that sponsor me see it and pay me for it. Good day, This week, both of my Instagram accounts were hacked. The first account under the email [redacted] was hacked on Wednesday, 10.03.[redacted], and the username is now 1olticlys, with a changed password. I have reported this but haven't received a response yet. I created a new profile via Facebook, where I changed the email address and password on Wednesday, but the Instagram account was hacked again last night, 14.03.[redacted]. My Instagram account was hacked. Instagram sent me a link to verify my identity with a photo and account number. When I tried to set up two-factor authentication by adding my cell number, I was prompted to sign in again and verify my identity by receiving a text. Despite the last four digits matching my number, I never received the text, and the option to send it to me by email is going to the hacked account. I've followed all the help links provided, but Instagram says they cannot assist me. I'm feeling very frustrated and considering reaching out to my state government officials to report this issue with their customer support. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account as I'm not receiving the text codes needed for verification, and they only email me to say they can't help.

After receiving a message from Instagram about my account being temporarily locked due to suspicious activity, I attempted to recover it but faced issues. Despite trying to receive a code multiple times via two different phone numbers, the code never arrived. The promised 6-digit code and SMS for logging back in were not sent, leaving me in a frustrating loop of unsuccessful attempts. I followed your instructions to send a picture of myself holding a code, but it's been a month with no response. I complied with your request to submit a photo holding a specific code but haven't received a response in a month. I believe my account is shadow banned. I lost many followers and my posts are no longer reaching people. I recently made a post showcasing my Onlyfans account with an image of me dressed as an anime character holding a popsicle. The post was mistakenly flagged for nudity, even though there was none in the picture. The image clearly shows me fully clothed with a wig and a popsicle in pink and white. It seems like the algorithm may have confused the popsicle for something else, but it is not the case. I would like my account to be reinstated, as I believe this was a misunderstanding. Losing followers due to a simple error is disappointing, especially during a promotional period. I hope this issue can be resolved, and improvements can be made to the system.

Two days ago, I received a message on Instagram stating that I would regain account access within 24 hours after verifying my information. Sadly, I still cannot log in despite proving ownership. The system flagged my account for possible hacking, likely due to checking Ins DM Box via the linked Facebook business page. Since then, I have been unable to log in. Despite sending numerous emails to your team, I have not received a response. Handling important customer queries and running paid ads on specific posts has become challenging. I responded to the email with a photo of me holding a handwritten confirmation code to verify my ownership multiple times. Yet, I remain locked out of my account. Dear Instagram Team, I have blocked these 2 accounts, but I have reported 3 pictures (from the upper account in the photo I have attached below). I want to clarify that these pictures are private, taken by me, and one of them includes my child, and I do not want such content on Instagram! Especially since the user Tamlesh Jalim does NOT have my consent. I have reported the pictures, but unfortunately, Instagram did not respond effectively. These are private pictures of my child that should not be on this public profile! I am very upset that Instagram is not helping me by deleting the pictures!!!! The pictures that need to be deleted are in the first account! And in the second account, the profile picture is also private because it shows me, and I want that to be deleted!
