Dear Instagram Team, I'm Diana Gashi, and I'm reaching out to you for assistance in recovering my Instagram account @1anaiid, which has been disabled. Despite my adherence to Instagram's terms and conditions, my account was deactivated without explanation. The last time I logged in was on 12/29/[redacted] using an iPhone 11 Pro, and it was deactivated shortly before [redacted]. Upon attempting to log in, I received a message stating my account violated the terms and conditions. While my initial connection was from Nevers, France, using an iPhone 11 Pro, I later accessed the account from Kosovo before returning to France on 01/02/[redacted]. I have consistently used the same email address ([redacted]) and phone number (+[redacted]8) for this account. As a personal account holding precious memories, I kindly request your help in reactivating my @1anaiid account. I am hopeful for a positive response and a link to regain access promptly. I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my business account under the username "lumirueluv" with the email "[redacted]" Despite having the same phone number and ensuring it's correct, I'm unable to receive the security code via text. I've tried various solutions over the course of several months such as signing in through Facebook, changing my password, and requesting the code multiple times, but to no avail. This issue seems isolated to this account, as I don't encounter similar problems with other applications. I would prefer not to rely on my phone number for account access and am eager to regain entry into my account.

I am facing an issue with my Instagram account. I last accessed it on 11 February [redacted] via mobile, but on 16 February [redacted] on PC, it prompted me to confirm ownership. I followed the steps suggested but couldn't reset my password as it didn't recognize my email. Upon checking my mail, I found that my email associated with the account was changed on 14 February [redacted]. While I suspect hacking or Instagram security measures, my profile details remain unchanged. The new email linked to my account doesn't exist. I tried resetting via my Facebook ID, to no avail, and each login attempt redirects me to the ownership confirmation page. After signing up with my Facebook ID, I linked an email to my Instagram account. I seek guidance on regaining access in this scenario.

Hello, I need some assistance regarding my Instagram account. I recently faced an issue where my account was hacked, and the hacker changed my username. However, I was able to successfully change my username back and removed all the unauthorized followers. Now, Instagram prompted me to enter my phone number to receive a six-digit security code, but unfortunately, I did not receive the code. As a result, I am currently locked out of my account due to the missing six-digit code. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. My username is Varasroxas. When I created my account, I entered my email as [redacted], or at least I thought I did. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in. When I requested a password reset, it mentioned sending an email to t****[redacted], which was an old email, [redacted], that has since been deleted. The correct email for my Instagram account, Varasroxas, should be [redacted] I attempted to use the app on my phone and selected "I do not have access to this email anymore," but the link provided did not work. I am unable to regain access to my Instagram account Varasroxas. I suspect it might have been hacked, as I've encountered similar issues in the past with another account. I am unsure if the email associated with VARASROXAS has been changed illicitly. Please assist me in recovering my account or let me know if it needs to be deleted from Instagram's side so I can start anew. Thank you for your help.

Hello, our online platform fanci.be recently created a Business Instagram account to start advertising. Unfortunately, we unknowingly hit the limit on the number of people we could follow per hour which led to our account being temporarily blocked and then disabled. Instagram now requires us to verify that we are a legitimate company to reinstate our account, but we have been unsuccessful in doing so. Every attempt results in the message: "Your request could not be processed. A problem has occurred with this request. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible." Since last Friday, we have been unable to rectify this issue. As a webshop, social media advertising is crucial for us. Any guidance on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I am a small business owner. I recently had someone managing my social media who is no longer with us, and now I am unable to access my (@MCCSHOWROOM) Instagram account as I no longer have the password. Hello, I am reaching out because I am facing ongoing issues with my Instagram account, @timucheprops, being repeatedly deactivated and then deleted, which has become increasingly frustrating. On December 21st, my account was mistakenly deleted, but it was reactivated promptly with an apology from the Instagram Team. However, on December 27th, after posting a new photo, my account was once again deactivated and then deleted in error. Despite recovering it on the same day, the cycle repeated itself each time I posted a new photo, resulting in a total of 8 deletions due to these recurring mistakes. I am baffled as to why my account faces deletion every time I upload a new photo. I have always adhered to the platform's rules and terms without any prior issues. I am eager to understand why this keeps happening and how I can prevent it to enjoy uninterrupted use of my account on Instagram. I am hopeful that this issue will be resolved soon. While updating my settings, I mistakenly entered the year [redacted] as my date of birth, resulting in my account getting suspended for being underage. I reached out to appeal this decision by providing proof of the error, but I have yet to receive a response. I'm seeking help regarding my Instagram account issues. Two weeks ago, someone unauthorized accessed my account and posted a picture. I acted fast, deleted the post, and changed my password. However, I was subsequently locked out due to suspicious activity. Instagram provided two options to receive a security code - one linked to my previous phone number in Honduras, now inaccessible since I moved to the U.S, and the other tied to my high school email which I no longer have access to. I managed to acquire a temporary password from my high school, but unfortunately, I haven't received any security codes after selecting that option. I've been persistent with trying to regain access but have faced challenges. It's disheartening that automated systems are preferred over human assistance in these situations. I sincerely hope for a human response to help me reclaim my account.

Hello, my username is naomyvinec. I recently unsubscribed from some old accounts on Instagram that I no longer follow.
