I go by aka.cyan. Upon my return to Instagram, I noticed a drastic decrease in account engagement. Normally, I receive [redacted]-[redacted]+ likes per post, but now I'm lucky to reach 80. My engagement has been consistently high in the past, so this sharp decline is concerning. It has been years since my numbers have been this low. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to determine the cause or provide guidance on how to improve the situation. Alternatively, if there is a shadowban in place, could that be lifted? Thank you.

I need assistance! My Instagram username is @iam_harshjha. Issue: I disabled my account some time ago and now I wish to log back in. The problem is, I cannot remember my password. When I try to reset it, I am not receiving the password reset link on my phone number. Since my email is not linked to this account, the phone number is my only available option, but it is not working. Please assist me!

Hello, Instagram. I hope you're having a wonderful day. I am reaching out to you as my last resort to recover my account as I have exhausted all other options. I am aware that what is posted online stays there permanently. My issue began on May 30th or June 1st when my account, @theejazxminemasters, with around 117k followers, was deleted. Despite filling out numerous forms and creating new emails, I have been unable to regain access. After being hacked a few months ago, someone has taken my username and passed it around. I am at a loss on what to do as someone else now has my original username. I cherished my account, had many friends there, and now feel lonely without it. Please, Instagram, help me restore my account. I am using the same email that was associated with the original account to contact you. I am ready to provide proof of ownership.

I recently formatted my phone to remove a virus without backing up my data. Upon trying to log into my business account, I realized I needed a backup code that I had lost. Although I remember my password, I am unable to access my account without the backup code for confirmation. I attempted to reset my password, but the process also requires the backup code. I am considering deleting my Duo account as a solution. Despite reaching out to Instagram for support, I have not received a response.

Hello! I need assistance with my Instagram account. I believe it was disabled in error. Despite going through the recovery process, I keep receiving this message several times within the past week, but I am still unable to access my account: "A Message from Instagram It looks like your account was disabled by mistake. My primary Instagram account, @madiielliott, got locked recently due to possible suspicious activity. I'm facing difficulty regaining access as the code was sent to an email I can't access anymore since my school deleted it after I graduated. Can the code be sent to another active email linked to my account? I receive Instagram emails at that address as well. I'm eager to verify my identity and regain access to my account. I discovered in the help center that providing a photo with a code sent by Instagram might be a solution. I appreciate your help!

A couple of weeks ago (now over 2 months ago), I was deactivated by Instagram. Since my Instagram is linked to Facebook, my Facebook account is also deactivated. I submitted the contact form to check if it was an error, and Instagram subsequently emailed me saying my deactivation was a mistake and I should be able to log in now. Despite trying over 30 times, each time I receive an email stating the deactivation was a mistake and I should be able to log in. The account name affected is nostalgia_del_mare, and the email address associated is [redacted] I rely on both accounts for work, so I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Three months back, I decided to block an individual on Instagram. At that time, I had 22 posts on my profile. Soon after, I removed a few posts and refrained from posting anything new, leaving me with 14 posts. Surprisingly, I discovered that the blocked person could still view my profile as if I had 22 posts instead of 14. I'm puzzled as to why this is happening. Shouldn't a blocked user be unable to see changes in my post count? I'm also curious about whether the same applies to follower count. It's all a bit confusing; could this be a technical issue or a glitch in the system?

I have a long-standing Instagram account under the name "reneerowe artist," which I haven't used frequently. Recently, when I tried to log in, I encountered difficulties. In response, I tried to create a new account due to my updated address from six years ago. I used a new email, [redacted], on Outlook but kept my old phone number. About a week ago, Instagram disabled my account "martasaep". I did not violate any terms and believe it was a mistake. I am eager to have it reinstated quickly. My email ([redacted]) is linked to the account, and I've attempted to recover it multiple times to no avail. Despite submitting numerous forms, Instagram continues to overlook my requests, causing me frustration. I had diligently worked on this creator account, labeled as a fan page with my name displayed in both the username and bio.

Hi, I initially used [redacted] as my email, but then switched to [redacted] due to access issues. My username is kimberleywoodx. I recently updated my email and mobile number successfully. I received the confirmation email for the new address but can't recall my password. I have an old Instagram, kimbywood, connected to my Facebook. It's allowing access to the old account instead of the current one. I simply need to reset my password and username, as well as update my email to regain access. I received a notification from Instagram stating my account was temporarily locked for suspicious behavior. Unfortunately, my Instagram account is linked to an outdated email that I'm unable to access to reset the password. I need a confirmation code sent to this email to verify my account, but I'm unable to retrieve it. To resolve this, I need to update the email address associated with my account to regain access.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated because Instagram has temporarily locked my account citing "phishing," although I do not access Instagram from any other websites. However, when attempting to resolve the issue by following their verification steps, I am not receiving the necessary codes. Instagram claims to have sent a code to my phone number, but I have not received anything. Each time I try to request a new code, an error message appears. I have reached out to their support page online, reported my problem, but have yet to receive a response, which is incredibly frustrating. I have been using this account for a long time, and all my friends are on it. The lack of responsiveness and failure to engage with users is the most exasperating aspect of this situation. My issue differs from those outlined in their help center. Each problem is unique, and a one-size-fits-all solution cannot work for everyone. I am seeking answers, but I am not receiving any communication from Instagram.

I recently attempted to change the email linked to my account but encountered an issue where it reverted back to the old email. Mistakenly, I clicked on the "wasn't me" option hoping to verify the new email. Subsequently, I checked the app to find that I am locked out and need a verification code sent to the old email, which I no longer have access to. Hello, my Instagram account with the username "rootbeersauce" has been blocked or disabled. I was falsely accused of using services to increase likes, which is not true. I have been more active by posting stories, following, and liking more accounts, as well as unfollowing ones that don't interest me. I have not used any unauthorized services. It is unfair to be banned until January 4, [redacted]. Please, resolve this issue. Thank you -Justin P.S. My other account is "rubyjuice666," which belongs to my clothing company. I am also active on this account as I am growing my business. Kindly do not mistakenly ban these accounts as we have not used any illicit services, only actively promoting my business.

Currently, the hacker is attempting to scam my followers by using the usernames @joressyreal and @joressyreal67k, after changing it from my original username @saaaymac. Good morning, I am writing because I have been locked out of my Instagram account a week ago. I typically log in through my Facebook account, which is working fine, but my Instagram account keeps saying I am locked out every time I try to connect. They ask for a 6-digit code to verify my identity, but I can't access it because the email address and phone number associated with my account are no longer active. I've reached out to Instagram twice and followed their instructions, including providing a photo of myself with a piece of paper and a number. However, after resetting the password through the link they sent, the account remains locked. After receiving an email stating that no further action will be taken, I've sent numerous reports but have been ignored. I'm incredibly frustrated as I've spent a lot of time trying to resolve this issue with no success. I recently got logged out of my Instagram account because of concerns about it being accessed through a phishing site. When I attempt to sign in, I need a code sent to my email, but I mistakenly used the wrong email when I made the account, so I can't receive the code.
