Dear Instagram Support, I am writing to report an issue with my account. My username is "imgroottttt," and my email is "[redacted]" However, I am having trouble logging in as my account has been temporarily disabled. When trying to reset the password, I do not receive the 6-digit code via email. Additionally, the phone number I initially used, +[redacted]6, is no longer active, so I cannot receive the code via SMS either. I have checked my email's spam and block lists, but there is no indication of any issues with receiving emails from Instagram. I am confident that I used the correct email to sign up and did not link my account to Facebook. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to regain access to my account. I have been stationed on an army base for some time now. Recently, I updated my phone and email, which led to issues with recovering my account. Surprisingly, I have been locked out of my account @skytrussing without any apparent cause. Luckily, I can provide various ways to confirm my identity. I can access the Facebook account linked to my account, and my new email is associated with that Facebook account as well. Additionally, I can verify my identity through photos on the account and by having other Instagram users vouch for me.

Hello, My Instagram account, Frontrvnners, with 44.9K followers, was disabled on December 10, [redacted]. I've appealed multiple times but have not received a response. The reason given was artificially liking, following, and commenting, which I did not do. I've spent 8 years building this account for my business and would like to have it reinstated. I received a message about suspicious account activity and followed the instructions to change my password. I received the code via email, changed the password, but then had trouble receiving the verification code on my phone despite multiple attempts over hours. I checked the help page and saw others facing the same issue. I don't have any blockages on my phone. My usernames may be JamesGregoryKaras or KarasGregoryJames. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]. I recently received a message indicating suspicious activity on my account. Following your instructions, I changed my password and entered a code sent to my email. However, I then attempted to verify my identity via a code sent to my phone, but despite numerous attempts over several hours, the code has not been received. I visited the help page and discovered others experiencing the same issue. I have tried all suggested solutions, yet the problem persists. There are no blocked messages or numbers on my phone. It seems the issue lies with your system. Everything else is functioning correctly. My verified business account was suspended due to phishing activity. Unfortunately, my registered phone is a landline, so I cannot receive the SMS verification code. Even though I chose email as an alternative, after entering the code sent via email, Instagram still requires a SMS code, which I cannot receive. This issue is impacting my adspent, and I urgently need my account reinstated. I have not received any response from Instagram in over a week.

I've been struggling to access my account for hours. I know my password and username, but the email address and phone number linked to my account are no longer active. Despite this, I cannot recover my account. A friend checked my Instagram and noticed that all my pictures have been removed. I haven't received any messages stating that my account has been disabled. I unintentionally logged out of my Instagram account, and now I am experiencing difficulties logging back in through the iOS app. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps like password resets, app reinstallation, and different login methods, I consistently encounter an error message. Oddly enough, I can successfully access my account through the mobile website without any issues. I am unsure of the next steps to resolve this matter.

Hello everyone, I encountered an issue with Instagram's two-step verification. The code is being sent to an outdated email address or phone number that I can no longer use. Despite updating my new email to [redacted] in my profile, I couldn't confirm it as the confirmation email went to my spam folder unnoticed. To verify my identity, I had to submit a photo to Instagram. Subsequently, I set a new password using a provided link. However, when I returned to the two-step verification process, Instagram attempted to send the code to my old email or phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Yesterday, I unintentionally logged out of Instagram. Hi, I recently upgraded my phone and need help regaining access to my Instagram account. Despite entering my phone number for a password reset SMS code, I never received it. I don't have an email linked to my account, and when I requested the reset link through my username, it said it was sent to my number but I didn't receive it. Instagram support wasn't able to assist when I called.

I noticed a post on my Instagram account advertising Oakley glasses for $20. After deleting the post, my account was disabled for suspicious activity. Although I tried to recover the account using my username and the "forgot password" option, I couldn't access my school email, which I used to create the account six years ago. This is disappointing as my Instagram holds many memories with friends. My username is jazzy_fr3sh.

A month ago, my Instagram account was temporarily blocked without explanation. Despite multiple emails requesting assistance, I have been unable to recover my account. When attempting to log in, I receive a pop-up message prompting a recovery code sent to my inaccessible email address, preventing me from completing the process. I have since updated my email linked to the account and attempted the "forgot password" option, receiving a code that did not unlock my account and led to another temporary lock. Despite exhausting all available recovery methods, I remain unsuccessful. Lately, I've been experiencing difficulty loading my Instagram notifications and the homepage. Every time I attempt to do so, a message appears stating “try again later” & “we limit how often you can do certain things on Instagram to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake”. I click on “tell us”, a confirmation bar pops up saying “thank you for reporting the problem”. Subsequently, when I reload, the same problem persists. I'm concerned that my account may have been hacked or might be at risk of deletion.
