Hello, I am Defne Ergin, my Instagram handle is @defnergin. I am currently unable to access my account after using an app to check my followers. Instagram has informed me that my account is under review. They requested a pin to be entered, which was sent to my old phone number (+[redacted]57) that I no longer use. I tried entering my Italian phone number, and now I am locked out of my account. I can still access my email linked to the account, [redacted], and I have my password. I am willing to provide identification to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my account as it indicates that I have violated the rules by doing something inappropriate, such as excessive liking on Instagram. I find this confusing as I do not engage in excessive liking, and my account does not contain any pictures. Any sharing I have done is only through direct messages to friends, and the content is meant to be humorous, not inappropriate. It is frustrating to see accounts that post objectionable content like pornography and racism still active while mine, which is not engaging in such behavior, has been deleted. Instagram's actions seem unjust in this situation.

Recently, I lost access to my authentication app that was synced with my Instagram account. I had to troubleshoot my phone and used up the backup recovery codes previously. Now, I'm unable to sign in to my Instagram account. Despite reaching out to Instagram for support, I have not received any helpful solutions. It's frustrating that Instagram has not provided a resolution to this issue. It has been nearly 4 weeks, and I am unsure if I will be able to recover my account.

I am encountering an issue with my Instagram account (shisha_lifestyle_bulgaria) and cannot resolve it on my own. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to receive assistance from Instagram. I encountered an issue with my Instagram account. I was unexpectedly logged out and upon trying to log back in, my username was no longer recognized. I discovered that my username had been changed to "brisafrederick" without my consent. When attempting to reset the password, I noticed a different email address associated with the account. The affected account is named "francoooou," and I suspect it has been compromised. I am eager to regain access to my account. My secondary account, "bobdrbouma," contains information linking back to my original account in its bio. I have all the necessary details to verify my ownership of the account.

Dear Instagram, Today, my account was disabled for allegedly violating community guidelines. A friend had sent me a picture and jokingly asked me to use it as my profile picture. After complying and confirming I had done so, my account was disabled shortly after. I suspect my friend intentionally tricked me into breaking the rules. The messages between us on Instagram with the account 'mir._.roo' should reveal his plan. I have always been a consistent follower of Instagram's guidelines as evidenced by my record on both Instagram and Facebook. Therefore, I kindly request the reactivation of my account. I have also submitted this message through the appeal option in case it was not received. I faced some confusion when trying to send the appeal as it asked me to confirm my identity, which I found unclear. Thank you.

For the past seven years, I have been using my Instagram account by logging in through Facebook. Recently, I suspect my account has been affected by "phishing" as I am met with a "temporary block" message when I attempt to log in through Facebook. The options to recover my account are through my old phone number, which I haven't used in three years, and my email address. The puzzling part is that my email address does not match the one linked to my Facebook. When I try to log in manually with my email and password, my account details are pre-filled with the supposed email associated with Facebook, along with my profile picture. I am eager to regain access to my account and would like to know if there is a way to confirm my account using Facebook, given my consistent use of it for login purposes.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my aunt's Instagram account. She modified her birthday on both Instagram and Facebook, resulting in her accounts being locked due to being perceived as under 18 years old. While we successfully reactivated her Facebook account, we are unable to regain access to her Instagram account. My aunt is unsure of the exact date when the birthdate was altered, but she recalls it was during the summer in either July or August. I have attached her identification card for verification. Previously, her Instagram account was linked to her Facebook account. I attempted to log into Instagram using her Facebook credentials, only to discover a new account had been created, which I promptly deleted. Hello, I'm Denitsa Kostadinova. I need help with my hacked Facebook account "DenitsaG Kostadinova." Unfortunately, I lost access to the linked email and couldn't receive the verification code to recover the account. Despite sending my ID to the Facebook team multiple times, I haven't received any response. My Instagram account keeps showing a "couldn't refresh feed" message, although my network is fine and my other account works smoothly. The screen is completely blank except for my profile picture in the top left corner. I've attempted many fixes like logging out, changing my password, deleting the app, and restarting my phone. Despite entering the correct phone number, I never receive the text with the security pin to do the check the app is asking for. I own an iPhone 11 and this problem began a few days ago. I've also tried reporting this through the app without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Last year, my Instagram account was hacked, and I believed it was lost forever. Despite sending a support email, I received no response. Hello, I believe there has been an error in disabling my account. I am unable to access it at the moment. My account features photos of birds, cats, and all my photography work. I have not breached any terms of service. Instagram requested a personal photo of me holding a paper with a Focus Code, as well as a copy of my passport. I provided all the necessary images and information. It seems like Instagram may be gathering user data by unfairly closing accounts to prompt users to share more personal information. They seem to be targeting accounts with a significant number of followers, restricting them from posting advertisements. After following instructions from and resetting my password, the problem persists. Instagram still does not send a verification code to my email "[redacted]" as required. I attempted to recover the email through Yahoo for $5, but received no response. To resolve this, please either grant access without security verification, update my email to “[redacted],” or add my phone number “[redacted]” for self-resolution.

I have encountered a situation where someone is misusing my name on Instagram for inappropriate purposes. Even though I do not have an Instagram account, it shows up when I search my name on Google. I have made two reports regarding this issue, and I have filled out the required form as requested. However, no action has been taken so far.
