Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my account and I'm unsure why. It now states that my username does not exist. Lately, I've been prompted to reset my password multiple times and have complied. Most recently, I was asked to provide my contact information, with a promise of a response within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours now, and I have yet to receive any communication, still unable to gain access. Please assist me in resolving this issue, and advise on how to prevent it in the future. Hello. I have a question regarding Instagram. My account keeps getting locked every day, and I have to change my password each time after entering the security code they send me. I don't mind changing my password monthly, but doing it daily is quite frustrating as I have to update it in all the apps related to Instagram. I am currently locked out of my Instagram account. The recovery phone number linked to it is no longer valid, so I am unable to access it. After reaching out to Instagram, they requested a photo of me holding a specific code. I provided the photo as requested, but now they are instructing me to log in and enable two-step verification. However, I am unable to log in due to being locked out. This response from Instagram has left me feeling confused and frustrated. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a live person instead of an automated bot.

I have been trying to update my email and mobile number on my account, but I am unable to as it requires me to log back in, and I no longer have access to the email and phone number linked to my account. I had changed my phone number due to a contract ending, and my email has been blocked. I realize that I haven't updated this information for a while, and now I am unable to access my account to make the necessary changes. I have new email and mobile number now. My Instagram account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email. Although I regained access to my email through Gmail and received new passwords and email recovery links, I still cannot log in to my account. My Instagram account got blocked, and I'm unable to log in as I can't receive the verification code on my old number. The number associated with my account was deleted three weeks ago, and I've tried contacting the provider to retrieve it without success. I wish to reactivate my account with my current mobile number to receive the verification code. I can verify that the old deleted number belonged to me. Since Friday, I have been attempting to regain access to my Instagram account, @carla_brgs, using the email [redacted] Instagram wrongly deactivated my account. Despite following the steps outlined on the Help Center website, I encountered an issue submitting the review request form due to a constant prompt to verify my identity. I have reconfirmed my identity twice with no success. I cherish my eight years on Instagram as it holds countless memories. Dear Sir, I recently recovered my account around 5 to 6 days ago with the username jennixhh_ and nickname "demon princess." Upon recovery, I updated my old mobile number which was lost and also switched to using my cousin's email when I created the account. However, my cousin has recently compromised my Instagram account. When I tried to log in today, it prompted me for an OTP verification on my old number and email, both of which I no longer have access to. I am encountering an issue with my Instagram account. It was hacked and subsequently disabled due to guideline violations. Despite multiple appeals over the past month, I have not had any success in resolving the matter. My account contained important data, and I am at a loss for what to do next. Instagram support has been unresponsive to my emails, and my attempts to reach out to Facebook business support have been fruitless. I received an email from Instagram two days ago informing me that my email had been changed, but since my notifications were off, I didn't see it. When I tried to access Instagram help today, it prompted me to confirm that I am the owner of the account, but I didn't know how to do it. I attempted to log in via Facebook, but the issue persisted. After receiving an email from Facebook instructing me to send a photo of myself holding a sheet with specific details, I followed the instructions. Facebook then verified my account, allowing me to reset my password. However, I am still being asked to confirm my identity. My concern is that someone changed my email to an address I don't recognize, making it impossible for me to receive emails. My Instagram username is vaibhavkalraa_ and my Facebook email and password are [redacted] and [redacted]33 respectively. My Facebook is linked to my mobile number [redacted], and my posts on Facebook and Instagram match. My account got locked, it was a fan page. This issue has been happening more frequently lately, there are individuals who intentionally try to delete accounts even though there are no policy violations. They get reported because they think someone else is being impersonated, even though it is just a fan page. The account is @capital_bra_samra___. I hope you can help me further. Regards, [initials]

I'm having issues with my ads not running. Every time I attempt to link my Facebook account or check my ad payments, I encounter an error screen. This is frustrating as I have successfully run ads for years. Recently, all requests are being denied, even for previously run ads. I'm unable to fix it as the settings page only displays a loading circle and shows "error." I'm feeling very close to giving up and deleting this because the lack of assistance is incredibly frustrating. It's disappointing that there is no support available for these applications at all.
