Hi, my name is Benson Kane. I discovered that my Instagram account @the_realbenson was mistakenly flagged as a fake account. This happened after I reported my old account @benson.kane for impersonating me. Initially, I thought I had lost access to @benson.kane and wanted it either made private or removed, as it had been years since I last logged in. However, I managed to find the email for @benson.kane and regained access to it. Regrettably, my current account @the_realbenson has now been deactivated. I am currently unable to access the email linked to @the_realbenson, which I believe is [redacted] I am attempting to recover access to that email account, although I have encountered difficulties. Is there a way for me to regain access to @the_realbenson? I can offer my ID as proof and a new email address for the account. I know the password for @the_realbenson, but I am prompted for the associated email address when trying to reactivate the account via the Instagram form.

Hello, my name is Tenesha Williams. My Instagram account, @myking_hisqu33n, has been hacked. I am unable to reset my password because all my information has been changed, including my phone number. My username was changed to @myking_willians9052, and the phone number associated with the account is [redacted]. The hacker, who now goes by @mayo_avian_200, is tagging themselves and my son in pictures. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I have contacted [redacted], but no one has helped me resolve this frustrating issue. The hacker is impersonating a "Sugar Daddy" on my account, posting things on my story and profile. I have screenshots of everything. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

We collectively manage an account for our school's student council. The previous email linked to it is outdated and we couldn't recall the password, so I added a new email. Attempting to recover the password, ended up accidentally logging out all three users. After trying to reset the password, the system sent a link to the new email. Clicking on it prompted a security code to be sent to the old email, which is inaccessible to us. Despite finding the current password, it seems to have been unintentionally reset during the process and is no longer functional. The Instagram account in question is @fhhs.stugo, the old email is [redacted], the new one is [redacted], and my personal Instagram is @danimeyerss.

Hello, I am writing from Italy. On October 1st, [redacted], Instagram disabled my personal account with around 2,[redacted] followers, but this was a mistake. I have had this account for many years and have always followed the rules. I have been trying to verify my identity by sending emails daily with my photo and the handwritten code they provided, but even after 20 days, I am still unable to log in. My Instagram account got deactivated last Saturday. Whenever I try to log in, it shows that my account was deactivated and redirects me to a help page with a form to fill out. After completing the form and clicking send, an error message pops up asking me to go to Instagram to confirm my account or my email, which I can't do since I no longer have access. I did receive two emails from Facebook requesting a photo of myself holding a paper with a code mentioned in the email, along with my name and my Instagram handle. I sent multiple emails with the required photo, but I haven't heard back yet.

Hello, I was chatting via direct message on my Instagram profile (@virtuelna_stvarnost) with my friend (@mionica44) when suddenly I got logged out. Despite multiple login attempts and reinstalling the application, I couldn't regain access. I checked my email and text messages for any hacking attempts but found none. My friend (@mionica44) mentioned it seemed like I deleted my account. My Instagram is linked to my Facebook account, and I have a folder for Instagram photos. I have never breached Instagram's terms. I am encountering some difficulties trying to access an old Instagram account of mine. When attempting to reset the password, I am instructed to check the connected email, but I do not receive any password reset emails, which are not detected in my Gmail spam folder either. Additionally, when requesting a login link with the email connected to the account, I receive a message stating "No users found." Moreover, using the username prompts a message to check the email I entered, indicating a link to reset the password. I am eager to regain access to my account to review its contents and determine the next steps.

A week ago, while using Instagram everything was fine. However, after exiting the app for a few minutes, I found myself logged out. Trying to log back in resulted in an error. When I attempted to reset my password via email, I was told my username, email, and phone number didn't exist. Two days later, as I tried once more to access my account, I was informed it was disabled for breaching community guidelines. I maintain a private account with only appropriate pictures, so this ban seems unfounded. I am positive my account was wrongly deactivated; the last access was on October 14, [redacted]. Instagram, I am reaching out for assistance. I am willing to provide any necessary identification to have my account reinstated. The username for my account is @nataliekobal.

Hello, My Instagram account was deactivated a few days ago, and I believe it was unjustified. I didn't violate any terms of use as I didn't share any photos or make offensive comments. I didn't engage in buying followers or likes. I've had the account for over 4 years, and it holds a lot of memories in the Archive. Losing my [redacted] followers is disheartening as the account required a lot of effort. Despite sending numerous emails to Instagram and trying to recover my account, I haven't received any assistance or response. My Instagram account got unexpectedly deactivated recently. I believe I have always adhered to the terms of use and haven't posted anything inappropriate. Despite having no photos posted, my account was disabled. I never engaged in offensive behavior like commenting, buying followers, or likes. With over 4 years invested in this account, it holds cherished memories on Stories and [redacted] followers. Losing it without cause is disheartening. Numerous emails to Instagram requesting assistance have gone unanswered. I am hopeful to recover my account or at least find contact information for Instagram's help center.

They changed my profile picture to something inappropriate without my knowledge, which led to the account being disabled. I used a third-party app to check my Instagram statistics. Instagram noticed suspicious activity and prompted me to verify my account by providing my cell phone number and entering a code. After I completed the steps, I received a message stating that my account would be accessible within approximately 24 hours. However, every time I try to log in, I still see the same message. Hi there! I recently experienced a hack on my Instagram account, Nate_ferland. The account was compromised, deleted, and then ultimately disabled by Instagram for reasons unbeknownst to me. Quite a rollercoaster, right? I was referred here by an individual from the Facebook team named Joan, who was quite helpful but unfortunately couldn't assist in restoring my account as it was outside their area of expertise within the Facebook team. Despite not being prepared for this hack, I've surprisingly developed a close relationship with Instagram's verification processes over time. I've gone through various verification steps involving my face, hands, and a specific number on a sheet, but unfortunately, I haven't received any responses from the system. So here I am, starting this beautiful morning in Montreal, determined as ever to recover my account from the depths of the internet. Will you join me in this quest? 😊

Il mio account è di grande importanza per me, contiene dettagli fondamentali della mia vita e del mio lavoro senza alcun backup disponibile. Sono sicuro di non aver infranto alcun termine di servizio, non uso app o altri strumenti per ottenere follower, seguo solo conoscenti e colleghi poiché lavoro come coach e operatore di fitness e benessere. Mi impegno per il rispetto e per il benessere psicofisico. Ho riscontrato problemi nel compilare il modulo di richiesta per i profili disabilitati erroneamente poiché bloccato dall'informazione sul nome utente. I temporarily disabled my account to take a break due to health issues. I tried to access it after about 7 days without success. After several emails, I received a message about the deactivation from your team. My account is crucial to me as it holds my personal and professional life, for which I have no backup. I am certain I have not violated any terms of service. I do not use any apps to boost followers; I only follow people I know. I work as a coach and fitness instructor, focusing on mental and physical well-being. The deactivation has left me feeling upset and disappointed. I kindly request a review as my account is vital for my work in health, wellness, and fitness. I also linked my Facebook page as a kinesiologist. I use Facebook as well and have never encountered similar issues. I am confident I have not breached any terms of use. I am having trouble filling out the form for incorrectly disabled profiles analysis.

The hacker changed the phone number and email associated with the account to theirs, claiming to be from Quezon City even though I have not been there recently.
