Hello, I am facing an issue with my Instagram account. Four days ago on Monday, September **st, my account got disabled. For the past three weeks, my account was logging me out repeatedly and finally, on Monday, it locked me out completely. I have always followed Instagram's Community Guidelines and I use the app to stay connected with my family and friends. It has been frustrating trying to reach out to someone for help in recovering my account. I submitted the required photo and code to prove my identity after my account was disabled, but despite multiple attempts, I have not received any response. I am hopeful that someone will reach out to me soon to help resolve this issue and reactivate my account.

I am facing account issues because my phone number is currently suspended due to a police investigation in Orlando, FL with OPD, FTC, and the FBI. My possessions, including my phone and wallet, were stolen, and the thief encouraged multiple reports on my account. Concerned the thief had accessed my profile, my friends reported it as hacked. Although I have my phone back now and can access my emails and authentication app, the SIM card was reported stolen, suspending it for 30 days. Consequently, I cannot use the phone number to log in. I have access to the email and authentication app, indicating successful login attempts only from this phone. Instagram is requesting an SMS code to the suspended number, which I cannot receive. I encountered an issue with my Instagram account disappearing unexpectedly. After receiving a message about suspicious activity, I had to verify my identity with a captcha. However, when I tried to complete the test, I received an error message, resulting in being logged out without access to my account. It appears that the account is no longer visible online, and I am unable to log back in. The in-app support request system on iOS is not functioning properly for me as the keyboard obstructs the 'request support' button. This keyboard issue prevents me from submitting the support request form. Though my account appears to be associated with my email address, upon entering it, there is no connection to my account. My phone was stolen, and my Instagram account was hacked. The hacker posted copyrighted material and harassed my friends and family, resulting in Instagram disabling my account for violating their terms of use. I unknowingly communicated with the hacker through my phone, leading him to surrender my account's password, only to realize later that my account was disabled. I am devastated by these events and would like my Instagram account to be restored so I can access it again. I deeply regret what has transpired and promise to be more vigilant in the future to prevent any further hacking incidents. I utilized a third-party app to monitor my followers' activity, such as following/unfollowing. I've used it for approximately 2 years. However, at the beginning of September, my account got locked for phishing. Instagram requested a code sent to the email connected to my account, which is [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email and all attempts to recover it through Gmail have been unsuccessful. I clicked on the "need more help" button on the login screen, submitted a request, and even provided a photo of myself with a code as instructed in the confirmation email. Despite doing this on 9/2/[redacted], I am yet to receive any further communication. I am at a loss and truly need assistance in regaining access to my account.

My Instagram account was deactivated for supposedly pretending to be someone else, which is not true as it's my personal account with my own pictures. After discovering it was a prank by some classmates from my school, approximately *** people reported my account. I contacted Instagram and provided my passport as proof, but they then requested a picture of me holding the passport in French, a language I don't speak. I requested them to communicate in English, but sadly, I never received a response. I hope Instagram can reactivate my account or at least acknowledge my emails as I am genuinely not impersonating anyone and willing to provide any necessary proof.

I got locked out of my Instagram account because of suspicious activity. Instagram sent a verification code to confirm my identity, but it was sent to an email I can't access, possibly the oldest one linked to my account, even though I updated my email before this issue. I can't get the code sent to my phone number or current email, so now I can't access my crucial business account.

I believe my account was mistakenly disabled. I've used this account for over 7 years and have never violated Instagram's community guidelines. As someone who isn't very tech-savvy and doesn't use Facebook, I really enjoyed using Instagram. It felt like a virtual, real-time photo album where I could share memories with my loved ones and see theirs. While I didn't mind influencers using the platform, recent changes on Instagram, like the addition of Reels, have left me disappointed and worried about the availability of erotic content. I have a suggestion and two requests: Suggestion: 1. Implement a safeguard, like Netflix, to protect younger viewers from accessing inappropriate content. For example, a feature like Violets TV. Requests: 1. Remove the "You are all caught up - view older..." prompt. 2. Bring back the previous feature that hides the like count.

Around 3 weeks ago, I installed a followers app named followers+. After entering my Instagram login information, my account got temporarily locked. The strange part is that the email displayed is not mine, and it's unclear what's happening since it's all censored out. I deleted the followers app, but my account remains locked. I recently changed my cell phone around January 23, [redacted]. My old Instagram account, username jagritimehra1999, was logged into my previous phone. Unfortunately, I forgot the password and reset my old phone Vivo Y53. I created the Instagram account with my email or phone number, but after resetting the old phone and installing Instagram on my new phone, I couldn't retrieve my account through resetting the password. I also linked the account to my Facebook, but somehow everything got unlinked from my phone number, email, and Facebook. I've tried reaching out to Instagram via email and phone calls without success. I value my Instagram account for sharing information, and after creating a new account as jagriti2121, I wish I could access my old account due to the memories it holds. I recently found myself in a group chat where the admin added my old and new Instagram accounts along with this person named Gourav. The admin used inappropriate language that made me concerned about the security of my old account.
