I need help deleting my Instagram account. 1) I accessed Instagram through a Google search and used my Facebook account to log in, as I originally created my Instagram account that way. 2) On the deletion page, I entered my password, but the page glitched, adding extra digits to my password and then claiming it was incorrect. 3) I tried to reset my password via my email, but the reset email did not come through despite multiple attempts. The email on my account matches the one I am checking. I am not receiving any emails to reset my password. 4) I ensured I did not unsubscribe from Instagram's emails by checking my email settings. I am trying to regain access to my Instagram account, but unfortunately, I no longer have an email linked to it. Thus, I am unable to recover or reset the password. Despite multiple attempts to contact Instagram about my issue and specifying the account I need assistance with, I have only received generic responses with reset links for the account I can already access. I have tried to request if they can recover the previous email associated with the account, but my messages are consistently met with automated replies directing me to my current account. Previously, my account was linked to Facebook, but after disconnecting it, I only had an email and password for access. Following the disconnection from Facebook, I have been unable to access my account despite trying all possible email addresses that could be linked to it. The system informs me that none of these emails are associated with an account besides the one I am currently accessing. I wish to retrieve this old account, which still contains photos and posts important to me, even though I have been locked out for approximately 2-3 years. I am eager to recover access to my account.

Hi there, I noticed that some of my Instagram highlights and stories have suddenly disappeared. In the archive section, all stories from a specific time range are missing. The missing stories were part of a highlight, which is now also gone. When I access Instagram from my laptop, I briefly see the highlight bubble on my profile in grey without any content before it disappears. Can you assist me with this issue? This is crucial for my business as I use the account for that purpose. Good evening, I am reaching out because I have been unable to log in to my Instagram account since yesterday afternoon (shaneldllc). I logged into the reports+ app on Sunday morning (I have since logged out of reports+) and yesterday afternoon I received a message saying my account has been temporarily locked. The issue is that the email address I used for my account (shaneldllc) does not exist, so I cannot access the email ([redacted]) that Instagram is asking me to verify. I also cannot change the email address as I am unable to log in (fake email: [redacted] / real email: [redacted]). Additionally, I did not enter my phone number on my account, so I cannot use that option. I am unsure how to regain access to my account. Hello, I have been going crazy for days because my Instagram account has been inexplicably disabled due to a suspected phishing attempt. I am desperate. I don't have access to the email linked to the Instagram account ([redacted]), and even though I can log in through Facebook, I can't change the email associated with the Instagram account. I was able to change the password though! My Instagram account was locked because I fell victim to phishing. They are asking me to verify my account with a confirmation code sent to my phone number or email. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phone number and email which I used to set up this account. I take responsibility for this oversight. My hard-earned account with over 2.2k followers was recently hacked. The hacker changed the email, username, password, and even the associated Gmail password. The Instagram account is now @officialvaporgg; it used to be @fear.vent. All posts were deleted, and everyone was unfollowed, but the IGTV videos are still available for verification. I would like to have the email and password reset to what they were a few days ago once ownership is confirmed, or receive a link to reset them myself. Please reach out if more proof is needed. I am seeking assistance in verifying the identity of this individual by accessing their IP address. This person sent a message to my brother hinting at payback. My Instagram account is currently locked, and I am unable to access it as the verification code is being sent to an old email address that I no longer have access to. The phone number linked to the account is also inactive. I've attempted to recover the email linked to Microsoft Outlook, but it requires more information than I have provided. I am hoping to find a way to recover access to the Microsoft email account or change the email and phone number associated with my Instagram for verification purposes.

I am currently locked out of my Instagram account. The platform is prompting me to verify my identity through a verification code sent to either my email or phone number. Unfortunately, the phone number associated with my account is inactive, and the email linked to the account is an old Microsoft Outlook email provided by my school. The school terminated the email and set up auto-forwarding to my Gmail account, but I am no longer receiving emails from that Outlook account in my Gmail inbox. I have tried to recover the Microsoft email account, but I keep receiving an error message stating that I have not provided enough information for the recovery process to be successful. Is there a way for me to update my email and phone number with Instagram to receive the verification code and regain access to my account?
