My Instagram account, under the name Eva Todt-Hang (evatodthang), has another account impersonating me as Eva Todt-hang (hangevatodt). I have made two requests through your help desk form to delete the fake account, but they were rejected due to a lack of proof of my identity. I have just submitted another request, including a photo of me with my ID as proof. If the fake account is not removed within 24 hours, I will be forced to take legal action.

My Instagram account has been temporarily blocked due to hacking. I can't access it as I no longer have the same phone number linked to the account. I am currently locked out of my Instagram account and I am worried as it contains important work contacts. Instagram logged me out when I was trying to access an app called 'IG Analyzer.' Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email associated with the account, and the old phone number linked to it is no longer available to me. I share an account with my network provider 'EE' and can verify my identity through them. My old Facebook account used the email '[redacted]' and the same phone number as my Instagram. The username of my Instagram account is "_baileymrb." I can provide proof of the App Store download for IG Analyzer. I urgently need help to regain access to my account as I cannot afford to lose it and am unable to retrieve the authentication code.

Hello, I need assistance with a unique situation regarding our school drama department's Instagram account. At Athens High School in Athens, TX, we are facing an issue with accessing our Hornet Theatre Co Instagram page, originally set up by former teachers Kyle Januszewski, Samuel Hyland, and Jessica Fleming. The email addresses associated with the account are no longer active as these teachers have left the school district. Despite knowing the previous password, "Th3atr3!," we are unable to log in. It is crucial for our department's revival to regain access to this account for promotional purposes, especially since it shares the same name as our Facebook page. I can verify my identity as the current theatre teacher and demonstrate the history of teacher turnover at our school. I am struggling to access an account I no longer have the email for. The account username is @gul.spamzzz, and the linked email is [redacted] I no longer have access to this email and cannot recall the password as I created it when I was younger. I created my Instagram account some time ago with an email address that had a typo. I recently changed my email and password for security reasons, but now I can't log in. Instagram is sending a verification code to the original misspelled email, which no longer exists. I don't remember what the incorrect email was to try to recreate it. I didn't link my phone number or Facebook for recovery. I rely on this account for income, especially during the pandemic, as it has 50k followers. I am frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. I came across some "gain posts" on Instagram where you comment your name and follow everyone who likes your comment, resulting in mutual follow backs. It worked well, and I gained around [redacted] followers. However, about a week ago, I was temporarily blocked from commenting and liking. Instagram accused me of sharing my login details with a third-party website for likes and follows, which I did not do. My method simply involved commenting my name and following back those who liked. I realize that mass following and liking is against the rules, but my situation was different. Despite this, I received three follows every few hours, which was higher than usual, causing confusion. After being banned for a week due to a misunderstanding of the first warning, I've stopped this activity. I'd just like clarification on whether this practice is allowed on Instagram.

I have an Instagram account under the handle @katsralde, which I logged out of over a year ago. Since then, I created a new account as I couldn't recall the login details for the previous one. Recently, I've been attempting to log back into the @katsralde account, but unfortunately, I'm unable to remember the associated email or password. Regrettably, I'm facing difficulty in finding a way to contact Instagram for assistance. The Help page has not been helpful, and I'm struggling to locate the Instagram Support Forum. Despite not recalling the email or password (as I believe it may have consisted of random numbers due to my young age when I created it), I am certain I can verify my identity. I remember there used to be a support form available for such issues, but it appears to be missing now, and I am uncertain if Instagram still offers this service.

Today, I was unexpectedly logged out of my Instagram app on my phone. Initially, I thought there might have been an update taking place. However, when attempting to log back in, I was greeted with a message stating that my account or username didn't exist. To verify, I had my brother look into it, and he found my account, but with a different username. Despite trying the new username and my old password, I couldn't access my account. When I requested a password reset, Instagram indicated that the reset email was sent to an email starting with "h," which is not mine. It appears someone has tampered with my login details, changing both the password and the linked email address. Previously known as "helloitsalexk" with the email [redacted], my account's username is now "carteroittj29j2wy." I used a suspicious app, Analyzer Plus, to check who viewed my Instagram profile. After entering my login information, my account got temporarily locked due to strange activity. When trying to log back in the next day, I faced the same issue of being locked out. The verification details provided were not mine, indicating a potential hack. I accidentally got logged out of my Instagram account. When I tried to log back in, Instagram asked for verification from an old email that I no longer have access to. My account was initially set up with the email [redacted], but I have since deleted that email and updated my primary email to [redacted] I'm confused as to why Instagram is trying to verify my account using the old email. This situation is causing me stress, especially since I use my Instagram account for work purposes.

I have been struggling to access my Instagram account for two years now. I have never received a message stating that it was disabled or banned like others have reported. Instead, all I see is a message saying, "sorry, we are unable to process your request." I have attempted to log in with different accounts without success. I am unable to create a new account, which is extremely frustrating as I have just been accepted to my dream school and am in a relationship with the love of my life, and I simply want to post on Instagram. Interestingly, I can access my account through Safari on my phone and log in on my computer, but I encounter issues when trying to log in on my phone.

I was recently deactivated from my account for sending some inappropriate content to my friends in our group chat. I sent it as a joke but then tried to unsend it. Shortly after, I was kicked out. I understand my mistake in posting such content, even though it was only sent privately to my friends. I would like to apologize for my actions.
