My son logged me out of Instagram yesterday and now when I try to log in, the two factor authentication code isn't sent to me. I tried to use my recovery codes but they aren't working. I put in my password and it takes me to the screen for the code but it's not sending me a code. I have tried all troubleshooting methods and it won't work at all. I've sent an email to instagram but haven't heard anything and I'm worried I'm going to lose my account.
