I was trying to link an app to my Instagram account and After I wrote my password I had to write the security code because my two factored authentication was open. Unfortunately The app that was providing the code was deleted. So*For two days I can't log in to my Instagram account. I contacted with Instagram and wanted help. They wanted a photo that includes me, the code they sent, my full name and my username. I sent the photo, they replied me that they couldn't prove that I was the owner of the account, they want more information such as my email, my phone number and my device type. I provide all the informations that they wanted from me. Unfortunately they replied that they still couldn't be able to prove and they wanted the same informations. I sent it again and I'm waiting for a reply. I don't know waht to do more and I can't understand after all the informations I gave to them they still can't do anything about it. Please help me.
