I would like to report an account in the AA community that I believe is related to pedophilia. The account involves dinosaurs and is focused on individuals aged 13 years and older. A friend in the community shared concerning information with me, prompting me to investigate further. Upon reviewing the account, I found disturbing content. Although the dinosaur OC was initially seemingly normal, the bio was alarming, as it mentioned inappropriate and explicit language. Given the nature of our community, which aims to be child-friendly, this content is highly inappropriate. I kindly request assistance in addressing this issue promptly. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Upon entering my username, I am prompted that a code will be sent to my email, however, I am not receiving it even after clicking resend multiple times. I can confirm that I am inputting the correct email address. When I opt to receive the code via my phone number, I receive the text but upon entering the code, I receive an error message stating there is no internet connection. I created a new account and attempted to use the same email, only to receive a message indicating that the email is associated with an existing account, confirming my first account is linked to this one. The second account, which is connected to my phone number, allows me to log in without any issues, indicating that the internet connection is indeed working. I am uncertain as to why I am unable to access my original account. Thank you for your assistance.

There is someone using my name on Instagram and has set my photograph as their profile picture. When I try to find out who that person is, they delete my photo, but continue to misuse my name on their account which now says "Don't care." The next day, they made the account private. I have reported the account multiple times, but no action has been taken. This person is now blackmailing me, threatening to post all my photos on the fake ID they created. I request that the account be permanently deleted, all data removed, and action taken against this individual. I am anxious and distressed about this situation for the past four days.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Instagram account has been disabled, and I am unsure about the process of recovering it. I am concerned because the account contained valuable information, such as photos of my late father, which I would like to retrieve. I strongly believe that my account was compromised, as there have been previous hacking incidents. The situation escalated when the hackers messaged my girlfriend, posing as me and sending inappropriate content. I have recently experienced a hacking incident on Instagram where someone sent out a mass message to all my followers and even people I don't follow, including my ex-husband and his family. I tried changing my password and initiating a forced logout to secure my account, but now I can't log back in. Despite receiving emails confirming login attempts from my own device, I haven't received any helpful information to reset my login. The responses from Instagram's help center have been frustrating and seem unhelpful, compounding my frustration with the whole situation.

I was scrolling on Instagram when I posted a video that was flagged for violating community guidelines. After that, I got logged out and when I tried to sign back in, it said my account was disabled. This account is important to me as it's my main way of communicating with my family and I've had it since I was younger. I really don't want to start over, so I'm hoping to recover it. My account was hacked, and I'm trying to receive the confirmation code via email to verify my identity when signing in. However, when I click to send the code, I don't receive the email even though it says it has been sent. This issue has persisted for several days. I have contacted my email provider, and I am receiving emails for everything else except the one I need for verification purposes.

Help with Confirming Ownership of Instagram Account Hello, I have been facing issues with my Instagram account since May 28th. Yesterday, my Instagram account was hacked. Despite reporting the issue promptly, I managed to regain control by changing my password. Today, Instagram appears to be resolving the problem by disabling my account and prompting me to answer security questions. The initial question involves obtaining a code from my primary email, a Yahoo account to which I have no accessibility. Strangely, Yahoo claims the account doesn't exist, yet they continue to send codes to it. Although I have another email and phone number registered, Instagram doesn't offer an alternative verification method. I am unsure about the next steps to take.

I recently had a troubling experience on Instagram. I received a racist message from a girl suggesting that I should change my skin color to match others and be considered "normal." In response, I posted about it on my story and shared screenshots of her discriminatory comments, including derogatory remarks about black people. Instagram removed my story, citing a violation of community guidelines for hate speech. Confused, I went to bed and woke up to find another story removed, with a warning that my account could be deleted. I value my account with [redacted] followers and do not want to be banned for standing up against racism. I hope the situation can be reviewed.

I want to report an issue. My friend and I bought a Fortnite account via Instagram from an account for €25 each, totaling €50. We have been waiting for two days for the seller to send us the account details after receiving the payment. It's very frustrating that he is now ignoring us. Can you help with this situation? I can provide the Instagram username of the seller who claims to sell Fortnite accounts. We have already paid, but he stopped responding, even blocked my friend, and we cannot access the chat. I manage an Instagram account dedicated to Adam Levine. Recently, my account was disabled by Instagram for allegedly impersonating someone else. However, I clearly state "Fan Page" in my profile's business label and regularly tag Adam Levine, Maroon 5, and Behati Prinsloo in my posts. This issue occurred before in December, but Ronaldo from Instagram reinstated my account, recognizing it was a mistake. I enjoy creating content for fans to spread happiness, and even received interactions from Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo. I have been waiting for a month for a review of my appeal. Hello, I'm Jada F., the owner of the account @jadaf_842. Approximately a week and a half ago, my account was hacked. I immediately changed my password to a longer and more secure one. However, I am now unable to access my account as the email I used to create it is defunct, and I never accessed it. Despite following your website's advice to contact the email provider in such cases, they couldn't help due to the limited information I could offer. I created my Instagram account around age 10 using an email my parents set up but never used. Their earthlink.net subscription ended about three years later. Despite my attempts to update my email, it reverts back to the original one. While I successfully linked my phone number to my account, the security code only gets sent to my old email. Is there a way to receive the verification code on my phone or new email, as the email provider stated they can't assist me with the provided details? Thank you for your assistance.

My account has been blocked for days now, and despite numerous attempts to reach out for help, the issue remains unresolved. The message indicated I would be unblocked on the 12th, which is today, yet I am still unable to access my account. I rely on Instagram to promote my brand and engage with my friends, so being unable to like posts is incredibly frustrating. I have been wrongly accused of using a bot when all I do is actively interact on the platform. I have submitted reports and feedback, but there has been no improvement. My daughter has been in the hospital for the past four months. Instagram has been a way for her to pass the time, but for the last six weeks, she has been unable to access her account. We have exhausted all options in the Help Center and reported the issue to Instagram multiple times with no response. Although her username and password are correct, there seems to be a verification loop after entering the password that prevents her from logging in. Instead of gaining access, we are stuck in a cycle prompting for more information to verify the account's ownership. Despite attempting to reset the password, the issue persists. Upon checking the server's HTTP response, a JSON message indicates a "checkpoint required," yet this step is bypassed in the user interface, redirecting us back to the Help Center. Despite our repeated requests for assistance and willingness to pay if needed, we have been unable to resolve the log-in problem.

I have been using Instagram for more than 4 years, and I have noticed that the "add posts to story" feature is missing from my main account. Despite having it on my other accounts, the account I use the most is lacking this functionality. I have attempted to report this issue multiple times to Instagram, but I have not received any response. I have tried various techniques to resolve this and enable the "add post to story button," but unfortunately, none of them have been successful. Hello, My business Instagram account has been hacked and hijacked. Unfortunately, the hackers also got into my email since I used the same password, and now they have deleted all the emails from Instagram which makes it impossible for me to recover my account. I have attempted to report this to Instagram several times with no success. I even found the new name they changed my account to by searching my hashtag, but as soon as I tried to access it, I was blocked and the screen went blank. When I search for my account name, it says no user found. Strangely, when I attempt to create a new account with the same name, it tells me the name is not available. I am really struggling as my business heavily relies on this account for communication with my customers and exposure. Any guidance on how to recover my account would be greatly appreciated. Regards

I have exhausted all avenues trying to reach Instagram for help. With a substantial following on TikTok, I regularly receive messages that I need to address to assist others. I also engage in brand partnerships that require promotion as per agreements made. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access my Instagram account for more than 3 weeks. Initially, I attempted to change my primary email to my business email, resulting in a logout prompting verification for login. The verification process requests my old email and phone number, which I had removed from the account some months back for security purposes. As the old email does not match the one currently on my Instagram account, verification emails do not send. Although I received a password reset email via the new email, I accidentally deleted it. I am seeking direct assistance as the automated response instructed me to submit a photo with a handwritten code and face, but after following up, I have not heard back from Instagram in over three weeks. I only want to access my account using my known credentials. I urgently require assistance as this account is crucial for my work.
