Hello. I have encountered several issues with my Instagram app. This morning, upon waking up, I received a pop-up notification indicating that my account had been compromised. In response, I promptly changed my password and logged back in. However, when I attempted to interact with a post by liking it, a message informed me that I had used a third-party application for likes and followers, resulting in a restriction on my actions. I did not utilize any such app, and I suspect this is related to the security breach. Presently, Instagram has restricted my account activities until June 10, [redacted], due to actions I did not commit. Despite submitting multiple reports regarding this issue, no resolution has been provided. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app without success. I kindly request the removal of the action block on my account, as it was compromised, and I have not breached any community guidelines. Thank you for your assistance.

I forgot my Instagram password and I am having trouble logging in. I have been attempting to access my account for three days now by trying various passwords, but to no avail. I have tried the "forgot password" option but did not receive a confirmation code or login link. My Instagram is not linked to my phone number, and I use my username as my email to log in. Even though Instagram has sent me login links and confirmation codes numerous times, I have not received any on my phone. I created my account on an Android OPPO phone. There is no Gmail account associated with my username "aakrit_anal27" on my device. I hope to receive a prompt response and regain access to my account. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my father's business, James Leonard Opticians. There are several business accounts created by a former employee who no longer works for us. The accounts in question are as follows: @jamesleonardopticians, @james_leonard_opticians, and @jamesleonard_opticians. Searching for our store online, I see all accounts except @jamesleonardopticians because it was deactivated by Instagram. When attempting to create an Instagram account with the handle @jamesleonardopticians, I encountered difficulties. I kindly request, on behalf of my father, that the inactive accounts @jamesleonardopticians, @james_leonard_opticians, and @jamesleonard_opticians be deleted as he cannot access them. I strictly follow all Instagram guidelines and have always maintained appropriate content. This account is crucial for staying in touch with my family members nationwide. I am facing an issue with my mother's Instagram account. Username: siuling.chan.[redacted] Email: [redacted] My mother hasn't accessed her Instagram account for a while. Today, she realized she has an account and asked me to help her delete it. Unfortunately, she cannot remember her login password. We followed the steps provided, but the reset email was sent to her gmail which she also forgot the password for. We tried to recover the gmail password without success due to forgetting the necessary answers. She wants this account deleted. Thank you.

My niece received a surprise birthday delivery from an Instagram account. The person who promised delivery had an emergency and couldn't fulfill it on time. When asked to cancel and refund the money, they didn't respond. Unfortunately, my niece doesn't have their contact information outside of Instagram. My 15-year-old daughter's Instagram account was hacked by someone we don’t know. We have tried sending messages to Instagram, but they haven't replied for a couple of weeks. The hacker changed the phone number, email address, and username without her knowledge. The account now goes by the name lynwooduby21_walk2mc, previously belonging to Abbey Vernia. I have notified the account that it was stolen from my daughter and am concerned about her photos and information. Unfortunately, my photo and information were used to make a fake account, leading to reports from users who thought I misplaced my phone. Now, Instagram wants me to verify my account, but I cannot access the email and phone from when I signed up. I reached out to support, providing the requested photo and code, but have not received a response. I attempted to log in through Facebook, but I keep getting a "challenge required" message.

Hello, I believe there is a potential threat to my business as my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been deactivated. My page, formerly named apex_cbd, unintentionally clashed with a trademarked name "Apex CBD" owned by someone who reached out to me. My brand, "Apex Premium CBD," is undergoing the trademark process, which I initiated by making a payment today. In response, I promptly changed my Instagram handle to apex premium cbd to prevent further issues. Meanwhile, the other party appears to lack a brand and instead operates a website selling various companies' products. I have verified on the government's official website that I am eligible to trademark "Apex Premium CBD" and have documentation as proof. My business heavily relies on my Instagram presence; therefore, I am urging for a reactivation of my page, as preserving it is vital for my livelihood and business security.

I accidentally sent an inappropriate video to my friend, and my Instagram account (hiren_patel_4) was disabled a week ago for violating the platform's terms. I need help with a serious issue on Instagram. A fake account using my photos has 99,[redacted] followers and is scamming people out of significant amounts of money. They pretend to be an influencer offering investment advice to trick unsuspecting followers. Despite being a private account with under [redacted] followers, I fear this situation might reflect badly on me and my loved ones. The imposter has blocked me and my acquaintances, and I suspect they gained access to my content in the past. I have not seen any recent posts from them using my images, but they continue to slowly upload my existing photos. I am concerned about the privacy violation and want the account permanently removed or information to identify the perpetrator. I am unable to find any customer support to assist me in resolving this distressing situation.

I recently experienced a serious hacking situation on Tuesday, June 15. The perpetrator changed my password, linked email, and phone number, preventing me from recovering my account. Despite following the recovery steps provided by Instagram, I did not receive any response after sending the necessary picture with the code. The hacker somehow gained access to my Snapchat username and even threatened me for money and inappropriate pictures in exchange for returning my account. I ignored their demands, which led to them threatening me and my friends through messages. In the end, they deleted my content, altered my bio, and uploaded a disturbing profile picture. I managed to have my friends report the hacked account. I am now at a loss for what steps to take next in this distressing situation. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
