Hello, I am embarking on a new venture with Tixro, my watch company. However, when trying to set up my account on the app, I encountered an issue where the username was already in use by a dormant account that has not been active since September [redacted]. Despite reaching out to the account owner through a direct message, I have not received a response due to the inactivity. I am in the process of trademarking the brand name Tixro. Is it possible for me to pursue legal action for trademark infringement in this case? My current username is @officialtixro, but I need it to be @tixro. My Facebook account, linked to Instagram, was hacked a month ago. I cannot access the email tied to Facebook and have been unsuccessful in reaching out for help to regain access. Despite reporting the hack, I haven't received any response. The hacker changed all my Facebook details, leading to my Instagram account being disabled. I fear losing my Instagram too. Please reactivate my Instagram and advise on how to address the Facebook hack. Also, unlink the hacked Facebook from Instagram so I can use it independently.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Instagram account, jxs_.tin, was deactivated after returning home from work. It was mainly used to share a single post of a car and chat with friends. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got deactivated as well since it is linked to Instagram. I am certain I didn't violate any rules on Instagram and suspect either a hack or a mistake. I urgently need access to my accounts, especially Facebook, as I have been using it for seven years to keep in touch with old school friends and relatives. I have not received any emails or warnings from Instagram about any violations. Due to reduced staff reviewing reactivation requests because of COVID-19, I am unable to use the normal reactivation process on Instagram. I appreciate any help or guidance on resolving this issue. I have a friend from college, GSK, who sent me a video on WhatsApp asking me to share it on Instagram quickly as he was having trouble playing it. At the time, I was in a work meeting from home, and his continuous calls were disrupting the discussion. I ended up sending the video without reviewing it, feeling pressured by the situation. I can provide evidence by allowing you to speak with my manager who can confirm the meeting hours. I am an employee at amazon.com and have a network of friends and business contacts on Instagram. With the current pandemic, my family members are also connected through Instagram, and I miss them dearly. I kindly request the reauthorization of my account, and I can share WhatsApp screenshots, call history, voice clips, and other proofs to support my case. I also ask for the appropriate action to be taken against GSK, blocking his WhatsApp and Instagram accounts, as there are 15 others who have been affected by him. On Instagram, there is a fake profile posing as a girl named “Swati” under the username @swatiiiix. This individual, who is actually a male, has been changing their username regularly, making it challenging to identify them. They have been engaging in harassment, specifically sending inappropriate images to numerous individuals, both male and female. This situation began on May 27th when the individual made a troubling comment on one of my photos insinuating infidelity. Upon investigating and discovering the true nature of the profile, I was bombarded with explicit images and continued to receive unwanted messages despite expressing my discomfort. Other girls in my social circle have faced similar ordeals, leading to a relentless stream of harassment and mental anguish. The perpetrator has also distributed personal information, such as phone numbers, on platforms like the Qooh app, resulting in unwarranted messages and calls from strangers seeking explicit content. Despite more than [redacted] reports of the account for nudity and abuse, Instagram has yet to take action, allowing the individual to gain followers and further exacerbate our fear and vulnerability. I am deeply distressed by this experience, living in constant fear and receiving unsolicited and disturbing communications. It is imperative that the perpetrator is identified and held accountable for their actions through legal means. This behavior has caused significant harm to many individuals and must be addressed promptly. I have provided evidence to support my claims and urge you to investigate this matter expeditiously. I recently tried to access my account after being sick for about 2 weeks, only to find a message indicating unusual activity and that I was logged out. The provided steps to resolve the issue have a disabled "Next" button, making it impossible to follow through. It seems impractical to have such a limited timeframe for account access, especially considering unforeseen circumstances like illness or busy schedules. Upon inspecting the web page, I discovered the disabled button in the code. How are users expected to proceed when crucial buttons are disabled? I have noticed a significant decrease in the reach of my Instagram posts to my followers. Despite putting in a lot of effort into creating content for my followers over the years, it's disheartening to see that my posts are not being shown to them on their feeds. In the past, one of my posts from August 17, [redacted], received around 10,[redacted] impressions, which was the average back then. Now, I am lucky if my posts get 3,[redacted]-4,[redacted] impressions, even though I believe my content has improved. Many people have told me that my work deserves more recognition, but it's challenging to grow and gain acknowledgment when my posts have such limited reach. I value using Instagram but this situation is unacceptable and requires attention.

I was on Instagram last night after a long absence. Since my last visit, I've switched to a new device and updated my email address from [redacted] to [redacted], as well as changed my nickname from duanesimpson83 to bestshadowpuppy. I received an email to my new address confirming these changes, which I successfully completed. However, after posting pictures for a few hours, I was unexpectedly logged out. Now, despite confirming my new email, the system is still sending a verification code to my old email. I'm puzzled as to why this is happening since I've already updated and verified my new email. For additional verification, I can confirm that my Instagram account is linked to my Facebook account. I request assistance in restoring access to my account.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a group chat that I need to be deleted. A few years back, a friend created a group chat involving me and some acquaintances. Unfortunately, one individual in the group chat thought it would be amusing to attach racist captions to pictures of me, giving the false impression that I made those statements. I recently rediscovered the group chat in my messages and found the images to be extremely disturbing. I am appalled by this content and am seeking assistance in erasing the group chat to prevent the circulation of these misleading images. Since I did not initiate the group chat and the creator has since deleted their account, I lack the authority to remove it. Hello, I am having trouble logging into my Instagram account. Even though I enter the correct username and password, the login process does not go through when I click the log in button. It appears to load and then times out without signing me in. I have attempted various solutions like reinstalling the app, powering my phone off and on, and switching between data and wifi, but none have been successful. Changing my password did not resolve the issue, and I have also tried logging in on different devices without any luck. When I click on "need more help," the options to update the app or go to the help center do not address the problem. I am unable to submit a support request or contact Instagram for assistance. My account was disabled by your company after only one day for reasons unknown to me. I believe this happened because I asserted my rights and expressed my opinions. I don't believe I should be removed from social media for having views differing from others. I request an explanation; otherwise, I will involve legal action. My Instagram account was taken down, allegedly due to reduced staff from COVID-19. I had just been discussing the concerning events of rioting and looting. Being flagged on a new account and having my email provider notified as well feels unjust and discriminatory. I have used that email address for two years, and this disruption has caused me significant distress. I want to highlight the difference between hate speech and expressing concerns about the events I witnessed on TV. It seems Instagram may support rioting and looting, which is disappointing to learn. I tried logging into my Instagram account, and unexpectedly encountered an error stating that it had been disabled by Instagram. A little over a year ago, my Instagram account was hacked. After I realized it, I promptly changed my password. However, about a week later, I found that I was temporarily locked out of my account due to suspicious activity. Instagram asked to send a code to the phone number associated with the account, but I no longer had access to that number. Unfortunately, I hadn't linked an email to the account. Despite numerous attempts to contact Instagram over the past year, I received very few responses. When they did reply, after several emails explaining my situation, they were unable to assist me. I'm feeling disheartened, but I'm giving it another shot in the hopes of recovering my account.

Hello, I am experiencing various issues with my Instagram app. This morning, I received a pop-up notification stating that my account had been hacked. I immediately changed my password and logged back in. However, when I attempted to like a photo, a message appeared accusing me of using an app to gain likes and followers, prohibiting me from liking or commenting. I have not used any such application and suspect this is connected to the earlier hacking incident.
