Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I came across an Instagram account under the username "chootmuhammad" and was concerned about its content. The account appears to be spreading hate towards our beloved Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) which is highly offensive and disrespectful. I have reported this account multiple times to Instagram, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet. It is disheartening to see such content on a platform like Instagram that should promote positivity and kindness. I urge Instagram to take urgent action against this account to prevent further spread of hate speech. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I noticed that the music feature was added to stories some time ago, but unfortunately, it didn't appear on my business account. I have tried reinstalling the app, logging in and out, and reporting the issue multiple times, but I have not received any response. Both of my personal accounts have this option, which enhances stories and makes them more engaging for consumers. This feature is crucial for my business account, and I believe it would greatly benefit my content and engagement.

Today, I received a direct message on Instagram from an account I didn't recognize, but it followed some of my friends. The message claimed that another account was stealing my photos and asked me to click a link. When I clicked, the web browser version of Instagram prompted me to log in. I entered my username and password but couldn't find the account allegedly stealing my photos. I then realized someone had hacked my account after my friends mentioned receiving similar messages from my account that I didn't send. When I tried to access my account again, I couldn't log in because the password had been changed.

I want to clarify that I have not shared my password or engaged in any activities that breach the guidelines. I am not familiar with such behavior that is being accused of me. Moreover, I am receiving messages with inappropriate requests like sending naked pictures, which should not be tolerated. Such messages should be blocked immediately upon detection. I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account. I've attempted to reset the password, but the reset link is being sent to an email address I no longer have access to. Since I signed up for Instagram using the "sign up with Facebook" option, I believe the information should match. Even though my Facebook contact details are updated, the reset link isn't going to the correct email. Additionally, I have a new phone number, so I can't receive the reset via SMS either. I hope the reset link can be sent to the right email associated with my Facebook account so I can regain access to my account. It would be greatly disappointing if I can't retrieve access. Hello, I am Monira, and I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Instagram account, nazo_nazo07, which was disabled without valid cause. The account contained personal photos of myself, family members, and business associations. I did not impersonate anyone and had no prior warnings. Despite numerous attempts to regain access by submitting forms, I have received no response from Instagram. Access to my account is crucial for my upcoming wedding arrangements. I have reached out through messages and appeals to Facebook/Instagram with no success. I have used iPhone devices and a Windows laptop to log in. I shared personal details and even submitted my ID photo as requested. There were recent purchases made for my wedding which I am awaiting. Unfortunately, I have experienced the loss of family members to COVID-19 and need access to my account to connect with others. Your prompt help in reinstating my account would be greatly appreciated. Dear Sir/Madam, I created an Instagram account in [redacted] under the handle "larusan_wiji" but deleted it permanently that same year. Recently, I reached out to Instagram support requesting the reactivation of my account. After following their instructions by providing a code along with my full name written on a paper and a photo of my face, my account was indeed reactivated. However, upon logging in, I discovered that all my previous content such as posts, followers, following, messages, and saved media files were missing, making it appear as a brand new account. Despite reporting this issue to Instagram support, I have yet to receive a response. Frustrated by this, I decided to delete the "new" account. I've had my account since [redacted]. One day, I deleted the app because it was acting strange. When I reinstalled it, I couldn't log in. I tried to reset the password, but it seems I used my ex-boyfriend's phone number, whom I no longer talk to. I can't remember using an email for my account, although my username is berv_clark and I have personal pictures I need access to. I've been trying so hard to regain access without success. Please, can you unlock it for me? You can verify that I am the same person through my new account, bervialou. I really need those pictures.

Dear Support, I'm having trouble accessing my IG account, @uyeying, due to issues with the Google Authenticator 2-FA. Since March 19th, [redacted], I have been unable to log in to my account to manage ads. My old phone with the Google Authenticator app broke, and I no longer have access to the codes. I also forgot the 8-digit recovery code. Although I reset my password successfully via email, I can't log in due to the two-factor authentication. I have visited the Help Center without success. Could you please help by sending an auto-response email from the Security Team to verify my identity and change my two-factor authentication to an SMS code to my phone number? I have attached evidence, including a screen recording of my login issue and a screenshot of the Google Authenticator not working. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resetting my authentication method to SMS code and regaining access to my account. My Instagram account (mxghnaa) was hacked, and even after recovering it with the help of the Facebook team, I am facing difficulty logging in. Instagram is requesting verification of the email [redacted], which is not my email address. Despite updating my email to [redacted], I am unable to access my account using the correct credentials. Instagram notified me of login activity from an unknown location which seems to be the hacker who used my friend's name to set up the email [redacted] This hacking incident has compromised my privacy, and I urge for assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I received a message for authentication a month or two ago but didn't reply immediately. When I tried to log into Instagram one day, my profile was gone, and a different account appeared instead. My account, Raphael_Whys, vanished, and my followers can't find me in their direct messages. I can only access this new profile online, which isn't mine. I can provide screenshots of the incident. My Instagram account "albertisofia" got unexpectedly disabled a week ago, alleging that I was pretending to be someone else, which is untrue. I've had this private account since [redacted], mainly for keeping in touch with friends and sharing personal photos. Despite multiple attempts to submit my ID, full name, username, and email to prove my account's authenticity, Instagram's response always states, "YOUR REQUEST COULDN'T BE PROCESSED." I even contacted [redacted] and received automated responses leading me to a page that doesn't work. I'm unable to submit my information through the provided link. I'm uncertain if it's a network issue or an error on my part, but I've tried with both my emails without success. My username is albertisofia, and my full name is Sofia Alberti. I'm at a loss and unsure if my account was targeted for hacking. I never received any prior warnings from Instagram. I recently disabled my Instagram account @mrshubhagarwal, and now I can't remember the password to reset it. The link sent to the phone number +91 [redacted] is not helpful since the account is disabled and not connected to an email. I'm requesting a password reset link to be sent to my email instead. Hello, I am an artist and I make music. I noticed that I wanted to have the same name on Instagram as on Spotify, etc. So I messaged the person and asked if I could have their name, and they agreed. After 14 days (the username was locked for 14 days), it could be used again. I waited until the last second. When I tried to change it, it was too late, the username was already taken by an Instagram Username Scam Bot that continuously spams this username. The question is, can I somehow get my name back? Because I really want to have the same name as an artist on Instagram as on Spotify. Hello Instagram, I made a mistake on my account by switching it from personal to creator and setting the minimum age to 50 years. After switching it back to personal, I am unable to switch it to a creator account again to remove the age setting. I keep encountering the error message saying I have reached the account limit. This issue has persisted for some time now and despite my hopes, it has not been resolved. Instagram team, I kindly request assistance in removing the minimum account age setting or fixing the account limit problem promptly. I have mentioned this problem numerous times before. A few weeks ago, my Instagram account got hacked. The hacker changed my email and password, leaving me unable to access it. Despite the changes, the account remains with the same username and posts, except for one I reported missing. Restoring it should be straightforward. I've reached out to support via email multiple times, but all they suggest is to check the help center. Unfortunately, the resources listed there aren't applicable to my situation. I believe the identity confirmation process could assist me, but I'm unsure how to initiate it.

Hello, My friends and I established an Instagram account named @spoon.squad many years ago. Unfortunately, it now features photos that evoke feelings of dysphoria for some members of our group who have since transitioned to male.
