I disabled my Instagram account temporarily a week ago. Now, when I'm trying to reactivate it, I can't fully log in because my authentication app is malfunctioning. Despite entering the correct codes from the app, Instagram keeps showing an error message, asking me to check the security code. Even after trying my recovery codes, I still couldn't access my account. I've been attempting to regain access for about 3 to 4 days, but Instagram's support hasn't been able to assist me. I've reached out to them 20 times without any success. My authentication app is synced with the correct time, so I am unsure why it's not functioning correctly.

I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account (Username: pichiii_24) because I forgot my password that I set up some time ago. I have not used Instagram in a while and cannot log in. The email linked to my account is inaccessible, and I do not have a phone number associated with it. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Additionally, when I previously logged in on a new device, it requested an OTP be sent to my current phone number, [redacted]. I assumed this was my linked number, but when I search for my account by this number, it says no account was found. My Instagram ID is pichiii_24.

I recently updated my email address on Instagram, and now I am locked out of my account because it is asking me to verify with my old email address, which I no longer have access to and cannot remember. I have tried contacting the email provider with no luck. Can anyone assist me in recovering my Instagram account? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I noticed an old email in my account that I wanted to change. Accidentally, I clicked on my number field and deleted a digit, but then retyped it. After that, I also entered my new email. I received 2 emails (one was in English). Unfortunately, I did not read everything thoroughly and clicked on "secure your Account" in the wrong email (it was a warning that someone could have changed my number). Since my new email was not confirmed yet, Instagram sent a security code to a non-existent email which I now need to enter, and I would really appreciate some help. Best regards.

Il problema è che non riesco più ad installare l'applicazione sul mio telefono. Ricevo un messaggio di errore relativo alla mia richiesta. Dear Nicoló Girelli, I've been feeling really upset and worried these days because my hotmail domain got deleted since I haven't logged in for years. As a result, my email [redacted] is no longer accessible. I didn't provide a phone number, which is causing issues with both the email and phone verification process. I am the rightful owner of these accounts and I value them deeply. I have put a lot of time into them and have many important photos and documents saved. I am willing to provide my identification card or send pictures of myself in different poses to prove my identity. Hello, I am reaching out seeking assistance regarding my deactivated Instagram account, which has become my final option for resolution. When attempting to submit the form on the Instagram help page, I encounter an error message stating that my request cannot be processed. I am recounting the events leading to this issue to provide context: Following a hacking incident, I reported the unauthorized access to my account and managed to recover it with Instagram's help. However, shortly after regaining access, my account was deactivated presumably due to my prior report. Retrieving my account is essential to me as it holds cherished photos and memories. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my deactivated Instagram account. I have been using my Instagram account since [redacted] along with an email address from that time that I seldom use. Recently, I tried to access an app to unblock someone but forgot my password. Now, when attempting to log in, it requests verification through the old email address that I no longer have access to. The account seems to be considered not mine, and I am unable to link it with Facebook due to this issue. Facebook support has asked for a photo, a specific code, my full name, and username for verification. I am hoping to regain access to my account, possibly by updating the email address. There are many precious memories and photos on that account that I would hate to lose. Thank you for any assistance provided.

I have had my Instagram account since [redacted] with an email address that I rarely use and changed recently. Now, trying to log in to an app to unblock someone, I forgot my password and faced a challenge_required message. Instagram is insisting on verifying my account with the old email from [redacted]. As I am linked to Facebook through Instagram, this is causing issues there too. Facebook support asked for a photo with a specific code, full name, and username to resolve this. I was following people from another state on Instagram, and everything was fine for a few days. After a while, I started getting an "action blocked" message whenever I tried to follow someone. Although I haven't reached the maximum number of followers since I only follow around [redacted] people, the issue persisted even after waiting for a day, two days, and then three days. I've reported the problem to Instagram multiple times, but it hasn't been resolved, and I've been unable to follow anyone for about a week now. It seems like Instagram may have flagged my account as spam, even though I've had it for almost four years without any previous issues. Dealing with this problem has been frustrating, especially since Instagram support hasn't been helpful. I just want to be able to follow people on Instagram again.

I am reaching out today regarding a possible scam incident involving a person pretending to be a celebrity on Instagram who contacted my sister. On April 25, [redacted], my sister followed a verified celebrity account with a significant number of followers. The alleged celebrity messaged my sister offering her a car and $20,[redacted] in exchange for an Ebay gift card, without providing a valid reason. The individual instructed her to keep their conversation confidential, shared his email, and asked for my sister's contact information. He directed her to continue the conversation on Google Hangouts regarding the car and money. I reviewed the communication and strongly believe this is a fraudulent scheme. I advised my sister against sharing personal or financial details, which she wisely refrained from doing. Aware that scammers imitate celebrities to deceive people, I seek your assistance in verifying the authenticity of this account. Please confirm the legitimacy of the account and identity. Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, but I have been unable to access my Instagram account (catie_smt) for 4 years. A message stating, "To protect your account, we have reset your password. Click on 'Forgot password?' on the login screen and follow the instructions to access your account," appears. The issue is that the email address used to create this account does not exist ([redacted]), leaving me with no way to log in. I have been wanting to delete this account for years because the photos on it are problematic for me, and this account is public. It bothers me that people can see the photos on it. My new account is (catiesmt), and I would greatly appreciate it if my old account could be deleted. Thank you for assisting me and for your response regarding removing this compromising account. My account @aidanpauls got disabled after one of my landscape photography posts went viral in the photography community and trended as a top post on the hashtags I used while I was asleep. Instagram mistakenly detected unusual activity due to the sudden surge in likes and may have thought I was buying engagement, which I have never done. Before being logged out, I saw my posts were at the top of about 15 hashtags. I believe this explains the increased traffic. I feel it is unfair that my account was disabled without clear reasons as I have not violated any terms of service. Instagram has not provided specific details on any alleged violations, which I believe they should do after the account review process. Despite starting the appeal process, I have not received a response yet. I have asked friends and followers to report the issue to Instagram to help me get my account reactivated.

My Facebook account linked to Michelle LaRue was hacked yesterday morning, and quickly deemed inappropriate by Facebook for a Community Standards violation. Despite having a clean 12-year history on the platform with no inappropriate content, the account was compromised. The profile picture was changed to Arabic, password reset, and account disabled before I could report the breach. I submitted all required forms, including my ID, but was still denied access. The original profile picture featured me and my husband in a gold headband, with a frame honoring national library week. The email address linked to the account is [redacted] My Instagram accounts @malarue and Lessons with LaRue were also disabled. I managed two Facebook pages for Lumberton Intermediate School and Library, losing access to valuable school-related content. I am eager to recover my memories, photos, and videos from the account. Despite generating a relatively high number of likes and views in 24 hours (around [redacted] views and [redacted] likes), my posts are not showing up in the search results. My Stories were visible up to a certain point, garnering 15,[redacted] views with [redacted] followers. However, after one of my videos was taken down for violating guidelines, the visibility of my content dropped significantly. I suspect I may have been blacklisted. I am considering creating a new account, but I have had this one for three years and feel attached to it. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this issue. I have two Instagram accounts. The first one is @GreenHell_projects, which I have had for a year, and the second one is @360nuerburg, which I created to hold the name temporarily. Now, I want to change the name of the GreenHell_projects account to 360Nuerburg to retain my current followers. Despite changing the name of @360Nuerburg to something else to free up the name, Instagram won't let me switch the GreenHell_projects account to 360Nuerburg. I'm unsure why this is happening. Do I need to wait or delete the account before I can use the name 360Nuerburg again? I have reverted all the changes, so @360Nuerburg is currently held by me as a placeholder.
