Dear Sir, I accidentally forwarded the wrong video and my account got disabled. There were important documents in it. Please help me recover my account, the username was "Subham_poonia". I also unsubscribed from the email because I created a new account with the name "Subham_poonia__". Later I realized that the old account had important documents. I had [redacted] followers and followed around 68 to 70 accounts. Please assist me in this matter.

I am experiencing issues with the stories on a business account I share with my boss. When I attempt to create a "Highlight," only stories from October of last year are accessible, despite posting daily. It seems to display stories from the other user instead of mine. Can someone assist me in retrieving my stories for highlights and offer guidance on avoiding this issue in the future?

Hello, I am facing an issue with one of my accounts. I have completely forgotten the password, and the email associated with it is not valid, making it impossible for me to reset the password. I am unable to use Facebook or the phone number linked to the account for recovery purposes. The account in question is named @this.isjocelyn. I am unable to access the link. I reached out to Shopify through their online chat support after a long wait, where they did not confirm their role as the registration service provider, which is evident in the WHOIS lookup. I am seeking to contact the seller directly regarding my order or take legal action for potential fraud. Additionally, I aim to involve Instagram, Shopify, and any other involved parties to address this situation.

I clicked on an advertisement to purchase a product and was redirected to a website. It has been a week with no communication, even after reaching out through the provided email address requesting a delivery date. There is a lack of company information, address, or phone number on the website, and a WHOIS domain lookup only shows Shopify.com as the "Registration Service Provider." After contacting Shopify through their online chat, which had a significant wait time, they denied being the registration service provider, despite information on the WHOIS lookup. I need to reach the seller directly regarding my order or consider legal action for fraud against them, Instagram, Shopify, or any other involved party hindering resolution. I believe Instagram should take action by blocking the seller's account for potential fraud and enabling customers to seek resolution. Their help center does not address this issue, and contacting Instagram directly by phone has been unsuccessful.

I am experiencing difficulty sharing posts from my feed to my story. When I try to use the "arrow" icon, the option to share to my story is missing. I have updated Instagram on my phone and checked the Instagram help page for solutions. I am unsure if this issue is Instagram-related or specific to my phone model. My Instagram and Facebook accounts were disabled simultaneously for unknown reasons. I am unable to recover my Facebook account as the email associated with it is an old Hotmail address that is no longer active. Instagram states my account was disabled due to not following Facebook's rules. Although I rarely used Facebook, it somehow impacted my Instagram, which is more important to me. When I attempt to recover my Instagram account, I encounter an error stating "username not found." When trying to regain access to my Facebook account, I am prompted for an email that no longer exists.

For the last 4 to 5 days, I have been struggling to add a caption to my post or comment on anyone's post on Instagram. I am frustrated by their restrictive policies that hinder user interaction. It is disheartening to be blocked by Instagram when I am an active user sharing my views and contributing to the community. I have reported this issue multiple times with no response. My Instagram account lexii.bee was hacked. The associated email [redacted] and phone number [redacted] were changed by the hacker. I did receive password reset emails before the hack, but the links were invalid when I tried to use them. I have not been able to contact Instagram through their help center for assistance to recover my account. If anyone has any suggestions on how to regain access to my account, please share.

My Instagram account, lexii.bee, was hacked. The associated email was [redacted] and the phone number was [redacted]. The hackers changed both the email and phone number linked to my account. Despite receiving warning emails about password reset attempts, I couldn't prevent the hack. Instagram's help center has been unhelpful, and I've tried their suggestions to no avail. I'm in the United States and even received an email about login attempts from Russia. Unfortunately, I couldn't act on it in time.

My Instagram account with the username lexii.bee was hacked. The associated email was [redacted] and the phone number was [redacted]. The hackers changed my login information, and I never received any emails to revert these changes. Prior to the hack, I did receive password reset emails, but by the time I noticed them, it was too late. The links in those emails were invalid.
