Hello! I've been struggling to reach out to anyone for assistance with this issue, which led me to this site. A few months ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my Instagram account right after changing my password. Since then, I've been at a loss because I can't recall my email associated with the account. The only information I have is my username and phone number. When I attempt to receive an SMS code to recover my account linked to my phone number, I repeatedly receive an error message saying, "did not work try again." I've attempted this multiple times and am currently stuck on how to proceed. Retrieving access to that account is important to me, and it would be disappointing if I couldn't regain entry. If there are any tips or tricks you could suggest, please share! Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am contacting you on behalf of my client, Petar Moric, who recently faced issues with his Facebook and business Instagram accounts. On March 23rd, Petar received an email indicating an attempted login to his Facebook account, leading him to react promptly, but unfortunately, both accounts were disabled before he could change the password. Despite his last Facebook activity being around the New Year, he was informed of a violation of terms resulting in the disablement. Strangely, Petar still receives notifications from Instagram even though his Facebook profile is disabled. I have supportive screenshots and firmly believe this issue arose from a possible hack. I request your assistance to resolve the situation concerning his business Instagram and Facebook accounts. Despite attempting to fill out the form, we encountered an obstacle as the message urged us to log in for further instructions, an impossible task as the accounts are disabled. Hello, I regret to inform you that my Instagram account (sharissalouise) has been disabled due to the disablement of my Facebook account (Sharissa Klaassen). Attempts to access my Instagram account have been unsuccessful, with a notification attributing the disablement to my failure to adhere to Facebook's community guidelines. My Facebook account was compromised by an attempted hacker, ultimately resulting in its disablement. The situation caused a period where I was locked out of both accounts, a distressing experience for me. I stress that the disablement was not due to my non-compliance with community guidelines but rather a consequence of the hacking incident. A screenshot of the hacker's name is attached for reference, as I did not accept his friend request. Restoring my Instagram account is paramount as it holds sentimental value, boasts over 8k followers, and is integral to my work. The account's disablement has severed important long-distance communications with friends and family, a particularly challenging situation during the current pandemic. I attempted to complete a form provided by Instagram, but encountered an error mentioning 'the short-link URL you provided is not a user.' The Instagram help center advises following on-screen instructions upon login, but I am unable to access my account due to the disabled Facebook account, which in turn has disabled my Instagram account. I am currently using another Instagram account since I'm unable to access my main account. I lost my phone, which had the recovery code, and now I can't receive the code to log in. The code is sent to my lost phone, and I can't remember my password. My Instagram username is @datboii.kt, and I really want to regain access to my account soon. My account has been hacked for the past two days. The hacker changed my ID and password, preventing me from accessing my Instagram account. The hacker utilized the following link: [redacted]. By clicking on it, my profile was compromised, and the hacker engaged in inappropriate behavior by attempting to manipulate girls into clicking the link to hack their accounts. Only one account is used at a time by the hacker. Despite over 60 reports, Instagram has not addressed the issue. I am requesting for my account to be disabled or deleted. Thank you.

My name is Shirley. My Instagram is a1.bvbyyy. I am seeking assistance in recovering my hacked account, which occurred on March 25 at 11:47. The hacker posed as an Instagram account named Luna.gbk, offering me an ambassadorship with Pretty Little Thing. To process payments for clothes, I was asked to provide my email and password. Despite initial doubts, Luna.gbk was convincing, claiming to be legitimate. After cross-checking with another user, who also confirmed the legitimacy, I proceeded. However, the next morning, I was locked out of my account, with the message stating it no longer existed. Luna.gbk then revealed her deception, admitting to hacking and disabling my account. She demanded I follow her rules to retrieve it. It is clear I was manipulated, as she deceitfully obtained my email and password under false pretenses. Your assistance in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated, as I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to resolve this with Instagram.

Hello Support Team, Thank you for looking into my issue. Despite checking the help center, I couldn't find a solution to my problem. My Instagram account, @uyeying, which is registered under [redacted] - the same email as my Facebook account, has been experiencing login issues with two-factor authentication since March 19th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I'm unable to submit a help request directly to Instagram. 1) I can't access the Google authenticator code since my previous phone broke. 2) I have forgotten the 8-digit recovery code that was previously set up. 3) I managed to reset my password successfully through email. Still, I am unable to log in due to the two-factor authentication code issue as mentioned in point number 1. I would greatly appreciate any assistance from the Support Team in helping me regain access to my account, as it contains many memorable pictures and contact details of my Instagram followers.

Recently, I attempted to link my Instagram account to TikTok. While trying, I used my iPhone password to login, which didn't work. I received an email notifying me of a login from an unfamiliar device. Concerned, I changed my Instagram password and enabled two-factor authentication. After this, I successfully linked my Instagram to TikTok with the new password. However, when I checked my Instagram login activity, it showed a login in Jacksonville 21 hours ago, a place I wasn't at, and my current activity was also listed in Jacksonville using my iPhone, the device I wasn't using. I'm unsure whether to confirm it wasn't me and change my password again or if this is a setup. Can someone help me understand this situation?

Countless people are being deprived of their right to their own image on this account, where you can also find videos depicting committed crimes, for example, a boy riding on the roof of a Jena local bus, instead of inside the bus itself. Hello, my name is Hadar. I have a personal Instagram account under Hadar.y. Recently, I started sharing my artwork on my page and wanted to promote my posts. However, I discovered my account is blocked from making new promotions until I pay $[redacted] for previous promotions that were linked to another account, Sneaker.addictt. Despite being connected to this account in the past, it was not my business account; I was merely assisting in managing it. The promotions on that account were not made by me, and the credit card details do not belong to me. I would like to clarify that the Sneaker.addictt account is unrelated to my personal account (Hadar.y). I hope this can be resolved so I can proceed with promoting my art on my page. My account ID was originally "sirvirohith," but there was another account named "sirvi_rohith" that seemed similar. To address this, I changed my ID to "rohithchoudhary777." The fake account "sirvi_rohith" still remains unchanged. I have lodged complaints through my account and asked my friends to do the same. However, despite reaching out to Instagram provider using my email for a month now, no action has been taken against this fake account. If this is how Instagram treats its customers, people might lose hope in seeking solutions. I hope this time the seriousness of the issue is understood, and appropriate measures are taken against the fake account. I eagerly await your response and hope for resolution. Thank you.

I am experiencing trouble logging into my Instagram account. I am confident that my password is correct, but I am unable to access the email associated with the account, which I haven't used since 5th grade and have forgotten the password for. I was attempting to share a private video on Instagram via direct message, but accidentally started uploading it to my main feed from my iPhone gallery. Concerned about the explicit content, I deactivated my account thinking it would hide the video. However, I am unsure if it will automatically upload when I reactivate my account.
