I am desperate for help as I am dealing with ongoing harassment from an unidentified person on Instagram. My account has been action blocked for a second time, allegedly due to sharing my login information with a third party to increase followers/likes, which is completely false. I have a private account and have never used third-party apps to boost my social media metrics. Upon the lifting of the first ban, I resumed normal activity liking posts from accounts I follow. Shortly after, I was prompted to change my password and informed of another week-long action block. I fear that this cycle will continue until my account is permanently banned. I encountered an issue where my post got removed for a copyright problem. Upon accessing my account, I received a notification stating that my post was removed and there was an acknowledgment box. I checked the box and clicked ok, but an error message appeared saying, "select a valid choice, 0 is not one of the available choices." However, there were no other options available besides the checkbox. I have attempted to resolve this repeatedly for hours with no success. I need assistance, please help me with this matter.

About a month ago, I encountered an issue with my Instagram account. Despite trying to log in through Facebook, I accidentally created a new account. Now, every attempt to access my original account leads to the mistakenly created one. Despite numerous efforts, I am unable to regain access. When I attempt to reset the password, the associated email is incorrect, and I do not have the phone number linked to the account. I am desperate for assistance.

I am currently experiencing two major issues with my Instagram account. Firstly, despite updating the app multiple times, I still do not have the "add post to your story" option. Secondly, today, I encountered a problem where I am unable to scroll down after clicking on a post from the explore section. For example, when I click on a random post, I cannot view any similar posts below or scroll down. Consequently, I have to go back, refresh the explore page, and start over to see related posts.

Sir, I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account. When I try to log in, it says "no user found." Two days ago, I received threatening messages from a user named Mr.moon442, who threatened to have my account blocked, reported, or hacked. I suspect my account was disabled because he shared my account with others to report it. The next morning, when I tried to log in, it showed "user not found." I believe this is a genuine concern and request your assistance in recovering my account. I always adhere to Instagram's terms and conditions. Thank you.

I need assistance urgently! I am from Italy, and while studying in the US, I created a new Instagram profile (@valeriaaspammmm). However, I encountered an issue because I registered with my American phone number, which I no longer have after returning to Italy. Unfortunately, a few months later, I forgot my password and when I tried to reset it, Instagram sent a code to my old American number. How can I regain access to my profile? Is there a way for me to use it again? I really cherished that account and would appreciate any help possible.

I have recently contacted Instagram regarding the disabling of my account, which I believe was done unfairly. Despite rarely posting, my account was disabled for allegedly violating community guidelines and terms of use. After carefully reviewing these rules, I found no violations on my account. I suspect someone reported me unjustly, leading to this action against my account. As both my phone number and email are linked to the account, I am eager to regain access. Many of my relationships are maintained through that account, making it a crucial means of communication for me. I have exhausted my options and now seek assistance to escalate the matter to the appropriate team for resolution.

I've already explained that there seems to be a mix-up with my Instagram accounts. I have one account with the name Barri Interiano and another one with the name Kennethaen301_me which also has my name Barri Interiano. There is a third account with the name Ardeninith29thad5, which I believe has been compromised. I received an email about a password change request, and I suspect my account was hacked. Due to my disability and recent injury, I rely on these accounts to stay connected with family and friends. I have deactivated the suspicious accounts and created a new one (Barri Moon Interiano Susser) to notify everyone of the issue. Please assist me in resolving this situation and regaining access to my Instagram account. I value my privacy and strive to use social media responsibly. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I encountered a problem this morning when my son logged into his account where all my details were saved. Consequently, I couldn't access my own account. Initially, I used a different email to create my Instagram account, which is now [redacted], whereas the older one is [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't access the previous email address and have forgotten the password. Furthermore, any reset codes would be sent to that inaccessible email. For verification purposes, I am willing to send a video with a message of your choice if you share your email. Instagram disabled my account on December 17th because of a video I unknowingly shared via DM. It was a prank by a friend who tricked me into forwarding it. I desperately need access to retrieve archived stories of my deceased friend ahead of her upcoming April anniversary. These memories are precious to me, and I am reaching out to explain the situation in the hope of regaining temporary access.

My @conjurupfood Conjurup.com account was hacked. I have deactivated it and removed my contact email from Instagram. When I try to like or comment on @conjurupfood, I receive a message saying "Link not allowed." Despite reaching out to Instagram via email, Twitter, and Instagram itself multiple times over the past few months, I have not received any response. This is particularly frustrating as it is a business page.

My Instagram account was hacked, and then the email address was changed accordingly. The issue is that I never received an email from Instagram notifying me of any changes to my profile or asking for confirmation. Now, I am stuck and unable to reset or recover anything. I am seeking help. My previous name on Instagram was t_tequila_ with the email address [redacted] Now, the hacker changed the name to vancecwood5_0_dar and used a Polish email address. Please assist me.

I tried to log in to my Instagram account to cancel one of them, but it says there is no account associated with my email. I can't figure out how to fix this issue, and it's frustrating. My friends can still see my accounts, but I can't access anything. The worst part is I can't reach a human for help. If this problem isn't resolved, I'll stop using Instagram altogether once I've sorted everything out.

I'm unable to progress with the authentication as the contact details provided are incorrect and do not belong to me. This is preventing me from confirming my account with a security code due to an incorrect phone number and email address. It seems like my account has been hacked. Upon logging into my account, an authentication process requiring a security code is triggered. The contact details shown are incorrect and not mine. The phone number displayed is +30 *** *** **35 and the email address is g*******[redacted], which are inaccurate. Hello, My name is Lukas Maximilian Hempel, and I'm 15 years old. For almost a year, I have been running an Instagram account under the username letwins04 where I'm an influencer. Recently, on the 13th of March at 2 pm, when I tried to log into my account, I received a message saying I'm not old enough to use Instagram and that my account would be deleted for being under 13 years old. I promptly appealed this decision by filling in the required fields and received an email from Facebook. However, upon submitting all necessary data and evidence, I got an error message stating that the recipient email address is invalid. I'm frustrated by this situation as I'm clearly 15 years old. Every time I try to log in to my Instagram account (letwins04), I receive the same message about my age. I'm disheartened as I dedicate a lot of time each day to my Instagram account, which has already accrued [redacted] followers. I'm proud of my work and unsure of what steps to take next.
