I am having trouble logging into my account on my phone despite trying various methods such as disabling the account, changing the password, and reinstalling the app. These attempts have been unsuccessful. I can log in on other devices like my PC, iPad, and other phones, but not on my phone. The recurring message I receive when trying to log in is "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." It's frustrating and upsetting that I cannot resolve this issue. I am looking for a solution promptly as this problem persists.

I was unexpectedly locked out of my account. The notification accused me of violating guidelines by sharing my password to like photos, which didn't happen. I tried to reset my password but can't remember it. After following the text link to regain access, I only end up back at the same screen. I'm unable to proceed. On January 25th, my Instagram account @franchescalouise_ was temporarily locked. To unlock it, I need a security code sent to either my email address or mobile number. Unfortunately, I did not update my Instagram details, so I cannot access both my email and the phone number provided. The email is from when I was in college six years ago, and the phone number is no longer in use. I have tried to recover my account, but it keeps asking for a security code to be sent to the same old number I no longer have access to. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my information up to date. I am unsure why my account was locked, and it has been nearly a month with no progress in resolving this issue. Last Monday, I attempted to clean up my social media by unfollowing some past connections on dating apps before posting a special introduction for my new boyfriend during Valentine's Day week. To assist with this, I used an app to unfollow accounts that didn't follow me back. Regrettably, this action violated Instagram's rules, leading to my account being temporarily restricted. While using my account, everything seemed normal until I switched between my two accounts. Upon accessing one of them, I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to log back in. Despite several attempts, the system kept rejecting my password. After receiving and entering a verification code on my phone to regain access, the issue recurred. Upon trying to log in again, my account was nowhere to be found when prompted to choose. It seems like the account has disappeared, and I did not breach any terms to warrant its deletion. It's crucial for me to retrieve this account as it holds sentimental value, having been a part of my life for five years with significant personal data.

Some of the reasons they provided do not apply to me - I have not received any prior warnings, engaged in unsolicited contact, impersonated anyone, violated anyone's rights, or infringed on Instagram's terms of use. Furthermore, I suspect my account was compromised by a Russian hacker who was accessing my account without my consent. I have seen irregular activity like unauthorized likes and follows. I regret to inform you that my Instagram account has been blocked for promotional activities. This may be due to a payment issue with PayPal. I have been promoting my photos daily on Instagram, but noticed delays of up to 16 hours before the promotions were active, resulting in loss of engagement and financial impact. After addressing this with Instagram, my promotions were promptly reactivated. However, I did not receive a refund through PayPal despite presenting evidence to them. Consequently, PayPal refunded me without resolution. I would have preferred a direct response to resolve this matter. I am eager to hear your proposed solution to this issue. Thank you.

I want to clarify that I do not have a second account or a bot assisting me. I have only one Instagram account, which is enough for me. I frequently encounter spam and unwanted tags of a mature nature, which I promptly report and find bothersome. Instead of troubling me, please address those causing disturbances with absurd tags. I recently accessed my Instagram account and was notified that my password had been compromised and used against guidelines, prompting me to change it and log out from all devices.
