Instagram Customer Service Issues

Our nonprofit, Open Arms [redacted], recently launched an Instagram account. With three of us managing it from Illinois and Tennessee, we began sharing photos of our team and outreach work. Unfortunately, the account is now blocked from posting, hindering our ability to gain visibility and promote our programs. We are eager to resolve this issue promptly.

I believe my Instagram account has been compromised as I am unable to access it. Despite attempting to reset the password, I seem to be directed to a different account that is not mine. I have tried using the recovery options but have not received any emails regarding the changes made to my account. I have submitted multiple requests for assistance online but have not received any responses. I am desperate to regain access to my Instagram account.

Even though I have my recovery codes ready due to having two-factor authentication enabled, I am not given an option to use them as the verification code never arrives.
