I am currently facing technical difficulties while attempting to contact Instagram for assistance in regaining access to my account. Despite forgetting my password and losing access to my associated email/phone number, I am unable to reach the "submit a support request" page as intended. The "Need more help" button is missing, preventing me from progressing beyond the password reset options. I have made numerous attempts to contact Instagram through various means without success. Although I have successfully submitted support requests for other accounts through friends' profiles, Instagram requires me to do so from my own account, which I am unable to accomplish due to this issue persisting across multiple devices and even after reinstalling the app. The prolonged lack of access to my account has been distressing, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter promptly.

Dear Instagram, My name is Teresa Zecca, and I've been locked out of my Instagram account for almost three weeks. It indicates that I've been phished, but I've only entered my account details on the Instagram app. Now, it offers to send my activation code to an email I set up eight years ago. The issue is that the email address linked to my account is no longer active; it has changed from @opt online.net to @optimum. This situation makes it impossible for me to retrieve the access code. I am desperate to regain access to my account. I've never encountered any issues with Instagram before, so I am reaching out for your assistance. Dear Sir/Madam, I am the user of the Instagram account under the name "anushka_.patil." There is an individual named Rajkanwar Sandhu who has created a spam account using my name to deceive my followers. The fake account is currently named "iiianushka_kumar_spamiii." This person replicated my profile picture and started following my followers, which is a serious misuse of my identity. I kindly request the immediate deletion of the following account: "iiianushka_kumar_spamiii." I seek your assistance in blocking both his personal account and the fake account created using my name. Rajkanwar Singh Sandhu is misusing and harassing me, and he should no longer have access to an Instagram account after such actions. Thank you, Anushka

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with my disabled Instagram account due to reports of a fake account impersonating me. I recently relocated to a new country and unfortunately, my account was disabled after some time. Regrettably, I've also lost access to the email associated with my account since Google is unable to recover it because of my new location. I am willing to provide identification or any necessary documentation to verify my identity. I remember my last password and still have access to my previous phone number. My account was active in my new country with friends tagging and following me, creating significant engagement. While I can recall my last password and have access to my current phone number, I am unable to recover the associated email, which also requires a recovery process. Is there any possibility of recovering my account with its extensive following?

I am encountering an issue where Instagram states that my account has been requested for deletion, which I did not initiate. I suspect my account has been compromised. I feel that Instagram should implement a confirmation email for such permanent actions. Despite my attempts via customer support email and Facebook Messenger, I haven't received any assistance. I am deeply upset about potentially losing all my cherished memories on the platform.

Hello GetHuman.com, I would like to introduce myself, I am Dengisan Ramadanoski, also known as @Snuifkuikens - Backup on Instagram: @Drugsaddictie and @Snuifkuiken without the "S." The @Snuifkuikens account has almost [redacted],[redacted] followers, but unfortunately, our Instagram account was deactivated for allegedly violating the Terms of Service, which we have been compliant with. I am the original creator and owner of the account. Currently, @Snuifkuikens has been offline for nearly 2 months, which is the 5th suspension due to a flaw in the reporting system that leads to spam and subsequent deactivation. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide. My Instagram account was hacked, and the hacker altered my email, username, and password. Previously, my username was @iamjdog, but it's now @kennithoin_30. The email linked to the account was [redacted], but it's been changed. I've reached out to Instagram about this issue, but their responses have been inadequate. Instagram requested a photo of me holding a paper with a code after I reported the hack, but I didn't receive further assistance. On the day of the hack, Instagram notified me of the email change with a broken link to reverse it. They also sent a login link that was non-functional.

Last January, my daughter had her laptop stolen. The thief accessed her Instagram account and changed the password. While leaving her content untouched, the thief is replying rudely to her followers, which is upsetting. We would like the account @the_lifeofjillian1 to be removed.

I tried to create a new Instagram account with my desired username. Initially, the username was available, but after entering my email and encountering an error, it now shows as unavailable. Even after attempting a password reset, it now says my email has been disabled. I believe the username is in a limbo state. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated.

While trying to register a new Instagram account, I encountered an issue. Despite successfully filling out the signup form with my email, username, and password, I received an error message when submitting the form. Subsequent attempts to register were unsuccessful as my email and username were blocked. Interestingly, I discovered that the account didn't exist when I tried logging in on my PC and was informed my account was "deactivated" when attempting to log in on my phone due to terms violations. Contacting Instagram support resulted in my email being unblocked, but my username remains blocked. Repetitive registration attempts with variations had the same outcome, and I have yet to hear back from Instagram support. Resolving this issue is crucial as the account is essential for a significant project. I find the platform's lack of responsiveness frustrating given its popularity. Please address the block on the email "[redacted]" along with the usernames praguematism_jp and praguematism_by_jp. Any insights on why I'm facing these obstacles to create an account would be appreciated.

Hello, I am concerned that a hacker has been attempting to access my social media, banking, and PayPal accounts. Yesterday, they successfully logged into my Instagram account from Russia. Despite changing my password and reporting the incident to Instagram, the hacker managed to log back in and change my password again. Now, my Yahoo email account is suspended as they are investigating the hacker, making it impossible for me to receive any verification emails. Hello Instagram, my account name is teh_wee_ronn. I have a glitch on my account where I can only see the first 3 people's stories on my feed. When it reaches the 4th person, a refresh sign appears in the middle of the screen, but pressing it does nothing. Each time I want to view others' stories, I have to go to their profile or refresh my feed to see the next 3 stories. Additionally, I am unable to see my archived stories or highlights. Instagram, I kindly request a fix for my account to prevent the loss of cherished memories. Please address this issue promptly so I can see stories and the number of likes someone has. Thank you!

I believe my account was mistakenly deactivated. I want to clarify that I am not engaging in any harassment. I am a genuine individual who creates original content for my idol with their consent. Recently, it has come to light that a minor, under the age of 13, has been creating multiple accounts to target and deactivate our accounts. I have been an active user since May [redacted] and have accumulated over 7,[redacted] followers. Despite reporting the issue and providing necessary identification, which included submitting a photo with a code, email address, and account details, I am yet to receive a response from Instagram. I have reached out to them multiple times through various channels without any resolution.

Last week, my Instagram account was phished, and since then, I have been unable to log in. Upon attempting to log in, I am prompted for verification. My account is linked to a mobile phone that I no longer use and my current email address. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any security codes. After several unsuccessful login attempts, my account becomes temporarily locked due to phishing, and I am instructed to verify it via email. Despite numerous tries, I have not received any security codes. Additionally, resetting my password has not resolved the issue. I utilized the "forgot password" feature and reached out to 2FAC support. They requested a photo of myself holding a security code, which I provided twice, but have not received a response. Can anyone offer assistance with this situation?

Hello! I am experiencing an issue accessing my highlights. Last night, while adding and removing pictures from them, the loading suddenly stopped. I am unable to view or edit them on my end. Each time I attempt to click on one, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry something went wrong." I waited overnight to see if it was a temporary glitch, but the problem persists. I have tried logging out and back in, deleting and updating the app, and restarting my phone multiple times to no avail. Surprisingly, the highlights are visible from another account, but I am unable to access them from my own account. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I was unfortunately scammed by someone named Brian Douglas Knox on your platform. He has multiple accounts and preys on vulnerable individuals, trying to obtain money under false pretenses. I urge you to remove his name from all accounts to prevent further scams. I want other innocent individuals to be protected from his deceitful actions. He claimed to be in the military and asked for financial assistance, manipulating me emotionally. Despite not falling for his schemes, I lost £5,[redacted], which was a significant loss for me during a difficult time. Your current scam policies need to be more thorough to detect and prevent such fraudsters from targeting more users. Your attention to this matter is crucial in safeguarding your users. I appreciate your prompt action on this issue.

On 02/02/20, I updated my Instagram email from [redacted] to [redacted] I successfully confirmed the change via email. Later, I was prompted to verify my account with a security code, but the code was sent to my old email, which I can't access as I forgot the password. I'm attempting to recover the old email's password to receive the security code and access my Instagram account. Concerned about losing access, I'm exploring options to avoid this situation. The account has been mistakenly deactivated 6 times recently. Unfortunately, I have not been given any reasons for the suspension. I kindly request for my page to be reactivated. I have thoroughly reviewed the guidelines. I believe that the deactivation is an error once again. I do not think there were any posts online that could have violated your Community Guidelines.
