Hello, Approximately 3 hours ago, I was in the process of uploading new content to my profile when I was unexpectedly logged out and asked to enter a verification code that I never received. As a result, I am currently unable to access my actual profile. This isn't the first time this has happened, and previously, reinstalling the app resolved the issue. However, this time it did not work. Here are the steps I've taken so far: 1. I promptly reset my password, suspecting my account had been compromised. Upon logging in, I discovered that [redacted] posts, as well as all my followers and accounts I followed, were missing, spanning my content from the past 8 years. 2. I attempted to delete and reinstall Instagram on different networks (Wi-Fi and data), but this did not resolve the problem. 3. I tried to log in through my linked Facebook profile, which led me to an old IG name "camlindsay" from 8 years ago, where I encountered the same issue of missing posts, followers, and accounts I followed. Interestingly, when I accessed my second IG account and searched for "cam.lindsay94," I found all my content from the past 8 years, including my [redacted] followers and the [redacted] people I follow. I noticed that both accounts are linked to the same email address. It's puzzling that when I try to log in as "cam.lindsay94," it says I have the incorrect password, but when I log in through Facebook or email, it only displays 7 posts and 2 followers. Hello, I set up the durbansalsa account around 2 years ago, but I can't recall the recovery password or the email linked to it. I've been unable to access it despite multiple attempts. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering my account. For verification, my Apple ID is [redacted], which should show that I created the account using my device. I can provide more details about the account if needed. Additionally, I tried to create another business account named fivestarsa, which initially appeared available but was suddenly taken when I returned later. I wish to inform Instagram that my account has been inaccessible since December 29, [redacted], due to hacking. The hacker changed the account email, username, and deleted all content. I have provided necessary documents to prove ownership. My verified account, @clubquilox, was changed to @mikailemrecaliskan, and the location to Turkey from Nigeria. The original email, [redacted], and phone number, +[redacted][redacted], were altered. The hacker had full access to my email, but it is now secured. I request Instagram to send a login link to [redacted] for account access to be restored promptly, as my business is being significantly impacted.

I was recently flagged on Instagram for using a third-party app. Despite being told I would be unblocked by the 24th, I remained blocked after that date. Unable to use my account, I am frustrated. I am left with the options of staying inactive or creating a new account, neither of which is ideal.

My Instagram account has been deactivated since August due to a phone number change. I am unable to reset the password as the system won't let me do anything even with access to my original email. I tried texting my old number for a confirmation code, but with no response. Contacting Instagram has been unsuccessful as I receive no replies to my requests. I filed a form, but it won't send or states "invalid parameters." I need my account back to connect with friends but can't remember their usernames. I am willing to provide any verification needed, such as a photo holding a code, to regain access. I am eager to reconnect with my friends on the platform.

My activities on Instagram, like liking posts, following new people, and writing captions, have been restricted due to a "temporary ban." Instagram accused me of trying to gain followers, but in reality, I was actually unfollowing accounts to make my profile more private. Instagram said the ban would last 24-48 hours, yet it has been several weeks without access. I was posting on Instagram when I got logged out. Now when I try to sign back in, it asks for a verification code sent to my email. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't received the code. I don't have a linked phone number and tried to reset through Facebook with no luck. I've checked my junk mail too. After filing a complaint with Instagram, I got a suspicious email asking for a picture with my username, full name, and a code (different from the verification one). It's been a week now, and I need assistance.

I am writing to address a concerning issue. Yesterday, a friend sent me a video on WhatsApp and requested I share it with them on Instagram DM. Regrettably, I was unaware the video contained inappropriate content. Unintentionally, I forwarded it to their Instagram account. Shortly after, the video was reported for its content, resulting in my Instagram account being disabled. My friend later admitted to purposefully orchestrating the incident to have my account disabled. In summary, my friend betrayed me over a video, leading to the disabling of my account. I urgently seek the reactivation of my account, as it plays a vital role in managing my work.

Hello, I recently received a response from Instagram regarding an issue with my account. They requested that I take a picture of myself for identity verification, which I did multiple times. However, after following their instructions, they simply advised me to seek help if I believed it was a mistake. This situation arose from a dispute with 2-3 individuals where insults were exchanged. I am surprised that my account was permanently banned without any prior warnings, especially since Instagram's policy supposedly includes issuing warnings before taking further action. I find it unjust that my account has been deleted for around a year now. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in potentially recovering my account as it holds sentimental value, considering I've had it since my teenage years. Many of my high school contacts are on that account, some of whom have changed their usernames. If there is any way you can help, I would be extremely grateful.

I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message about a suspicious login attempt, prompting me to enter a security code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer use. When I created my account, I did not provide an email or link a Facebook account, only my old phone number. I reached out to Instagram for support, but they misunderstood my issue and suggested two-factor authentication, which I cannot complete. When attempting to log in with [redacted], the message states: "The username you entered doesn't belong to an account. Please check your username and try again." When trying to create a new account with [redacted], the message shows: "Another account is using [redacted]" Upon selecting forgot password and using [redacted] as the username, the message displayed is: "No users found." We aim to establish a new account with the email [redacted] for Instagram but are encountering difficulties. We are unable to create or login to an account with this email address. I am reaching out regarding my account, Psympel. Last week, I encouraged my friends and acquaintances to follow my page to boost my followers organically. I successfully gained around [redacted] followers. However, after two days, the number plummeted to [redacted], indicating a loss of [redacted] followers. This sudden drop is baffling as it is implausible that so many friends unfollowed overnight. Dear Customer Support, Yesterday, on the 26th of January, I discovered that my Instagram page is not functioning properly. I attempted to view my stories and realized that all of my boomerangs have disappeared. I have consistently posted stories for two years, so I am quite disappointed with this issue. I have tried accessing my account on different devices, but the problem seems to be with my account rather than my phone or internet connection. In addition to my missing stories, my highlights have disappeared as well. I am unable to view other people's stories as well, as my phone keeps showing a loading circle. Hello, My name is Christiana Pietzsch, and I have ownership of the Chrissypeaches and Chrissypeachphoto accounts. Unfortunately, after splitting up with my partner last year, I am still connected to his dog's Instagram account, Baloo_the_chow, and receive notifications about his activities with his new girlfriend. Hello, I recently set up a second account for my business but accidentally linked it to my personal account. I tried to separate them by changing the business account's name from "X" to "Y." To resolve this, I unlinked the accounts and renamed it back to "X," but I encountered an issue when trying to reclaim the original name. Surprisingly, I found a disabled account under the name "X" due to violating terms. I'm unsure if that's my original account or just a name conflict. I am prepared to provide necessary documents to Instagram to reactivate the disabled "X" account but uncertain if I will regain access or rename my current account "XY" to "X." The option to click on "Need more help" does not appear, only allowing me to reset the password via email or phone number. Despite attempting to submit a support request using other email addresses, the page does not load for my account. I have reached out to Instagram through friends' accounts, but they advised submitting a request through my own account, which I am unable to do. I have attempted to resolve this issue on various devices and reinstalling the Instagram app without success. It has been nearly a year since losing access, and I am very frustrated by this situation.

Normally, I should see a page to submit a support request, but the option to click on "Need more help" does not appear. Instead, it redirects me to reset my password via email/phone number without allowing me to proceed to submit a support request. Despite trying on different devices, reinstalling the app, and even reaching out to Instagram through friends' accounts, I have been unsuccessful in accessing the support request page. Instagram has directed me to submit the request from my own account, but I am unable to do so. This issue has been ongoing for nearly a year, and I am incredibly frustrated by the situation.
