Upon trying to access the account using the email and password, a message indicated that the account was disabled for violating terms, prompting me to appeal the decision. The appeal process led to a request for proof of owning hikesave.com, which I provided. Surprisingly, Facebook then required a photo of me holding a specified number to proceed. This request seems excessive and I am seeking assistance to gain access to this new account without having to fulfill such unusual requirements.

Dear Instagram Team, I want to report that my Instagram account was compromised and details were altered on December 29th, [redacted]. Following this incident, I immediately sought assistance from the help center to regain control of my account. However, upon returning to the app to follow the prescribed steps, my account seemed to have been deleted, falsely indicating a request for deletion which I never made. I have been diligently trying for several weeks to recover my account, given its significance to me. After multiple attempts to communicate via the help center, Facebook eventually contacted me requesting identity verification through various emails. I have complied by submitting numerous photos of myself holding different verification codes, as demonstrated in this email. Although I only received one response acknowledging difficulties logging in and redirecting me to the help center, this is not the issue at hand. I seek Instagram's acknowledgment of my identity verification and the subsequent recovery link to reset my password. I am aware that online content persists, stored in Instagram's servers, and urgently require Facebook/Instagram's assistance in retrieval. I have persistently attempted to resolve this matter for almost three weeks now. The restoration of my account, which has been active since [redacted], is vital as it contains valuable messages, saved data, posts, comments, followers, and more. I was setting up an art account to share with a friend, but I mistakenly entered the wrong email address due to a typo. Now, whenever I try to correct the email address, a verification code prompt keeps appearing, but it sends the code to the incorrect email I entered. I made a new email address with the same typo, but I still can't receive the verification code. The account was also showing as private before this issue occurred. I've tried various ways to resolve it without success. I just want to be able to change the email on the account to regain access and secure it properly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am a student at Berklee College of Music and have been using my Instagram account as a portfolio for my music. Unfortunately, my account was hacked recently, and despite changing my password, I found it locked later for violating rules I didn't know about. Hello, I need assistance with recovering my Instagram account. I have attempted to log in multiple times over the past four days without success. The issue arose when I switched my email setting from Yahoo to Gmail. Initially, everything was functioning smoothly until I received an email indicating that my email setting had been changed back to Yahoo instead of Gmail, which was my intended email. I linked my middle school district email to my Instagram account (@zodeine) because I have had it for so long without thinking to change it. When I switched school districts, my old email got disabled, and I didn't notice until someone hacked my account. After changing my password, Instagram locked me out due to unusual activity. To recover my account, I need to confirm the code sent to my old email, which is now disabled by my old school district. Hello, I am alsidathomas and I am experiencing issues with commenting on other users' posts and receiving likes on my posts. Due to suspicions of attempting to gain more likes and followers, my account has been blocked. Unfortunately, this was not my doing as my account was hacked previously, making it difficult for me to log in. I have since created a new account with the same first name and profile picture. However, this new account has also been blocked under the assumption that I am involved in illegitimate activities to boost my likes and followers. While casually using Instagram, I clicked on a private account and tried messaging them, leading to my account showing signs of being compromised. I was logged out and couldn't log back in even though I had my password written down. Unfortunately, I do not remember the email address associated with the account, and when I tried to reset it, only part of the email username was displayed. Although my account seems unchanged, I fear what a hacker could do using my profile. It's unsettling since I never experienced being randomly logged out before. If I can recover my email username, it would greatly assist in regaining access to my account. I hope to resolve this situation promptly.

Today, I am facing an issue with my Instagram account. When I attempt to log in, I receive a notification stating that I have violated Instagram's policy. However, I have only made genuine changes to my password and email ID multiple times today. I've encountered some challenges after setting up a new business account from my personal profile, @lpschaefs. Firstly, I am unable to access the work profile, @healthforlife_maryland, on desktop. Secondly, when attempting to reset the password for the work account, I am unsure of the 'current password' as it differs from my personal account password. I need immediate help! My Instagram handle is @meri.rom, and my account got locked due to "phishing". The email linked to my account, [redacted], is not real, preventing me from recovering my account. I have cherished this account for 7 years and don't want to lose the memories stored on @meri.rom. Hello everyone, I need assistance with getting back into my account. I have all the necessary verification information to confirm ownership of the account. Recently, my Instagram account went offline. When I tried to log back in, it asked for a code sent to an email address that has been hacked and deleted for over a year, as well as to an old mobile number I no longer have access to. However, my current email address is still receiving all communications from my account, proving its association with my profile. Furthermore, I have been attempting to genuinely engage by liking posts I truly appreciate. However, I have already faced two blocks. I am disappointed that a nearly one-year-old post of mine was removed by your platform for supposedly violating guidelines with explicit nudity. The image in question was a tasteful depiction of a naked body in shadows without visible nipples, butt crack, or genitals. This post was meant to promote body positivity and challenge over-sexualization. I believe the removal of my post is offensive, sexist, and fails to recognize the intent behind it. I request the immediate reinstatement of the picture.

Hello, I recently created a second Instagram account named "travels_with_van" where I posted around 7 photos in 4 days and had about 50 followers. Unfortunately, I am now facing an issue where I can't access this account. Whenever I try to log in, I am prompted to confirm my phone number but then redirected to my main account without access to the new one. This problem began after I shared the same Direct Message with 5 new people asking to follow me. Despite posting on the account, Instagram now seems to not recognize its existence, even though my friends confirm it has vanished from their following list. I have tried several troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, logging in from a PC, clearing cookies, and enabling two-step authentication to no avail. I even attempted to create a new account with the same name but was informed it's already in use (presumably by me). I have reached out to Instagram support via email, the "Report a problem" link, DMs, and various other channels but have not received any response for over a week. About a week ago, my Instagram account was hacked after clicking a link sent by a friend. Though I remember my username and password, I can't log in because of suspicious activity in my account.
