Vorrei segnalare un problema riscontrato due giorni fa: Il mio profilo (alessiogreco96) è stato disabilitato per presunta violazione delle condizioni di utilizzo, il che ritengo non veritiero. Dopo aver cercato informazioni online, ho seguito le indicazioni di Instagram che richiedeva l'invio di una mia foto con codice, nome utente e nome completo. Nonostante abbia inviato tali informazioni, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Desidererei sapere come posso recuperare il mio profilo, dato che per me ha un'importanza fondamentale e non ho mai violato le regole del social network (come ad esempio, razzismo, pornografia, insulti politici, ecc.). I needed to check my followers' insights on this app, so when I tried to log into my Instagram account through it, I realized I had forgotten my password. After resetting it, I logged out of the Instagram app. But now I'm unable to log back in as it keeps displaying an error message saying, "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I've already restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. How can I resolve this problem?

Dear Sir/Madam, I, with the username @marwadi_1, am only active on Instagram. A few days back, my account's privacy setting was changed from public to private. During the time it was public, someone managed to take screenshots or use other means to steal my pictures. This individual is now uploading my images and private videos on the account @deep_love_never_end to blackmail me. I have attached a screenshot of the mentioned account for your reference. Previously, I lodged a report regarding this account, but no actions have been taken thus far. I kindly urge you to promptly block the account @deep_love_never_end for my safety. Hello! I recently got a new phone, and because of that, Instagram logged me out of both my main account and my finsta/spam account. I recalled the password for my main account, but I couldn't remember the password for my finsta because I had used an old email address that I can no longer access. After some searching, I finally remembered the finsta password. However, I am unable to log in due to multiple failed attempts, resulting in a message stating "suspicious activity detected." The username for the account is @outcrygirlof2yrsago.

Hello, I am experiencing a security problem with my Instagram login. Whenever I try to log in, I keep getting a message about a 'Suspicious login attempt' prompting me to request a security code via email. Unfortunately, after clicking 'Send security code,' I am not receiving the email with the code. I have successfully used this email to reset my password before, so I am certain it is valid. For a day, I had to verify my account every 15 minutes, and 30 seconds after changing my password due to being informed my account was "compromised." Now, my account has been disabled, and it was associated with one that only has a phone number attached to it. I provided both known email addresses that could be linked, but I am uncertain about how to proceed without being able to directly explain the situation to anyone.

I've been an active Instagram user for several months now. Initially, I faced restrictions on likes, comments, and other activities, which I assumed were to curb bots. After four months, these limitations seemed to have lifted. However, recently, Instagram banned me from posting, liking, commenting, following, and more for a week. They accused me of using services to gain followers or likes, which I can assure you, I did not do. I even have a screenshot of the notice and am eager to resolve this issue promptly. I've been on Instagram for a while now. When I first started, there were limitations on likes and comments, presumably to deter bots. These restrictions have lifted over time. However, I have now been banned for a week from various actions like posting, liking, and following. Instagram claims I used unauthorized services for followers and likes, which I did not. During the past week, my followers commented on stories that I couldn't find when I tried to respond in the chat. These stories had links in them, which I didn't post because I hadn't shared any stories at that time. Suddenly, I found myself logged out of my Instagram account. When I logged back in, I received a message saying my account was disabled for violating their policies. I have never posted inappropriate photos or insults. I believe the violations are linked to those stories that appeared on my profile without my consent. I kindly ask Instagram's team to review the situation and reactivate my account. My username is "caterinanappi," and the email associated with this profile is [redacted] I have already followed the standard procedure of sending my photo with the code they emailed me, but it has been three days with no response.

On Friday morning, I attempted to access my Instagram by opening the app on my phone. However, upon launching the app, a prompt appeared requesting a secure code to verify my account ownership. The code was being sent to an email address and phone number associated with my account, but I had previously updated this information to my new email address and phone number. Despite this, Instagram continued to send the code to my old contact details, making it impossible for me to access the necessary information. It is frustrating as my new email address and phone number are correctly listed in my account settings, and I am unsure why the verification code is still being sent to my old information.

Dear Instagram/Facebook, I received an email on November 10, [redacted], stating my account was reactivated after being disabled by mistake. However, on November 13, [redacted], I was informed that the issue was resolved when it happened again. It has now been about a month since receiving these emails, and my account has been disabled again. This continued deactivation feels like discrimination and censorship akin to totalitarian regimes. It violates my rights and the laws you claim to uphold. If this targeting is proven to be malicious towards protected groups, it may be viewed as a hate crime. I recently set up a new account on Thursday for my faith-based content. I've been actively seeking followers by following users from other faith accounts. Initially, messaging these followers about my account was successful. However, I encountered an issue where I could no longer send direct messages to users I recently followed as I received a "blocked" message. I am having issues with my sponsored ads on my account "honeys_and_ballers" as it keeps showing an error message stating that it's linked to a different Facebook page. I used this account for sponsored ads before, but I suspect the associated Facebook page has been deleted. I've attempted to troubleshoot by switching between a professional and personal profile, but encountered a new problem - I can't switch back to a professional profile due to an error message about creating too many businesses. As a result, I'm using my personal account "mk_michael_100" for sponsored ads related to a New Year's Eve event, which is not ideal. I created a Fan Page dedicated to motorcycles. It has been 20 days since I set up the page and only shared photos and videos of various bikes. I am unsure why my page has been deactivated, as I am prompted to file an appeal when trying to log in. I have reached out to them via email and followed their instructions by submitting a photo of myself with a handwritten code they provided. I have been experiencing persistent issues with updating my Instagram profile. Whenever I attempt to change my profile picture, edit my bio, or update my username, the changes do not save. Additionally, I am not receiving any notifications on my main account. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as changing my password, force stopping the app, clearing data, signing out and back in, and even reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.
