Subject: Assistance Needed with Disabled Instagram Account To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, under the username _chicabonito_, associated with the email [redacted] and registered to Chica Bonito. Recently, my account has been disabled by Instagram for reasons unclear to me. Despite investing around $[redacted] in promotions to gain followers for my business account, Instagram has repeatedly blocked certain actions, impacting both me and my customers. I firmly believe no violations have occurred from our end to warrant this action. As the account plays a significant role in our business, I kindly request Instagram to review the situation promptly so that normal operations can resume. Your quick attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Instagram inbox. The inbox won't open, and I keep receiving notifications without knowing who they are from. Even after reloading my account, I encounter an issue with the inbox displaying a message indicating a problem. When I navigate to the inbox page, I only see Instagram Direct, which restricts me from viewing all my messages.

My account got disabled for community guidelines violation (without clear reasons). During the recovery process, I faced issues as I signed up on IG through Facebook and don't have a separate IG password. Attempts to reset the password lead to emails being sent to a suspicious "devnull.facebook" address. Concerned my Facebook account might be compromised, I updated my email, but emails still go to the devnull address. Appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

I was using my Instagram account normally, but then I got logged out and asked for a 6-digit verification code sent to an email address I can no longer access. Now, I can't verify my account. I'd like to receive the code via my current email address or phone number so I can regain access to my account quickly. They asked for a picture of myself holding a paper with handwritten information, and I've already provided that, but I'm still unable to receive the code for verification.

I need help accessing my Instagram account. They are sending the confirmation code to an old number that I no longer have access to. I can't change my phone number because it asks for the confirmation code right after logging in. I've reached out for support twice but haven't received any response. As a business account, this is affecting my income.

I am having trouble receiving notifications on my @farrahdesario and @farrahrocher Instagram accounts despite checking the settings on both iOS and the Instagram app. I have already tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app on my new iPhone 11 Pro, but the issue persists. Additionally, I have noticed a missing feature on my @farrahdesario account. There used to be an option for follower requests, but I cannot locate it now. Around two weeks ago, my ability to like posts and unfollow people on Instagram suddenly stopped working. Initially, I received a message stating that it was a guideline to maintain community safety. After approximately two days, a new message appeared whenever I tried to like a post, alleging that I had shared my password with another service to acquire more likes and followers, which I did not do. It instructed me to change my password to regain access to my account. The message informed me that my account was restricted from liking posts and unfollowing people until December 19, but even after that date, I still cannot perform these actions. As of today, I continue to encounter the "guideline to keep the community safe" message whenever I attempt to like a post. Despite reporting this issue to Instagram several times, there has been no resolution. Is there any way to lift this block on my account? Will I never be able to like posts again? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Instagram account has been disabled multiple times, allegedly for using unauthorized software for likes. I never used such tools and believe their system is mistaken. After the first few times, I logged out from my computer browser and changed my password, limiting access only to my phone. This worked briefly until I received another notice today, stating my account will be disabled for a week. Despite contacting Instagram, I have never received a response. This suspension means I can't share Christmas photos with my family until December 26th. Any advice on how to speed up the recovery process or get Instagram's attention? Thank you.

Recently, I was notified of a violation to the community guidelines for an old post featuring a local boy dancing near an active volcano in Papua New Guinea. The boy wasn't clothed, but no private parts were shown. Following this, my hashtags are now hidden. This account is essential for my business, and I strive to follow all guidelines. My Instagram account got disabled, and I'm not sure why. I believe this is an error since I have never broken any app rules. There was no prior notice about the account disabling, and I've invested significant time into building it. My account is currently blocked. I am unable to comment, like posts, or follow new users for several days. Upon researching, I suspect it may be due to excessive liking and following, which I was unaware was prohibited. I find it puzzling as I simply enjoy showing appreciation for content and connecting with others by following them. This is merely a hobby for me, and I am unsure why this restriction has been applied.

After logging out of my Instagram account, I am unable to log back in. The message "Sorry, there was a problem with your request" appears when logging in via Facebook and "Error, sorry there was a problem with your request" comes up when using my username and password. I've attempted creating different Facebook accounts and changing my phone number linked to my account. Notably, one of my group accounts from my old phone was disabled, sharing the same email and phone number. Although I could log in initially on my new iPhone, the issue reoccurs each time I log out. Today, when my friend sent me a video and had some phone issues, he asked me to send him a message on Instagram. I encountered an issue while trying to register my account. After attempting to create it once, I received an error message prompting me to try again later. Upon retrying, I was informed that my email was already associated with another account, although no confirmation email was received. Strangely, when I attempted to log in, the system advised that my email was not linked to any account. As a result, I find myself in a frustrating situation where I am unable to access my account due to it being unregistered, yet prevented from creating a new one as it is apparently already in use.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account due to a "suspicious activity detected" error. The message instructed me to enter a code sent to my email, but my previous email linked to the account is no longer active as it was a school email from an institution I no longer attend. In May [redacted], I deactivated my account. Today, when I tried to log in using my saved password, I received an "incorrect password" message. When attempting to reset my password, the link was sent to an email address that I do not recognize, as Instagram only displays partial email addresses. Unfortunately, I do not have my phone number or Facebook account linked for retrieval. I am at a loss on how to proceed with resetting my password or accessing the full email associated with my account.

I was using the app when a screen appeared, requesting to verify my account by sending a code to my old phone number, but I can't access it. I'm stuck on this verification screen even after trying on different devices. Resetting the password won't help as I still need that code. Can you send the code to my new phone number or email instead?
